We had purchased a couch and two chairs from Jennifer's convertibles on 9/* and stated our need for delivery within four weeks The sales person, Gerry, stated they would be able to work with the factory to get the furniture on the truck on time We followed up on 9/** with the sales person saying they had a few trucks coming in on Tuesday and deliveries would be scheduled for Wednesday or ThursdayAs the date approached, we were unable to get a hold of the sales person A different sales person took over managing the store, stated there was no way to improve delivery and that it would be later than the original quoted time Between the manager and the VP, they had then stated that they would waive the delivery fee and credit our account After receiving delivery of the furniture, we followed up in the store to receive our credit and the sales person said they could not help and the store manager would help Two days later, the store manager called and said he couldn't do it, it

My complaint against Jennifer convertibles is in regards to a sectional sofa that I have purchased when I moved into my new house about 1/years agoMy complaint is not in regards to the warranty which has expired but to the quality of the product that that I received and the health hazard

I recently bought a lot of furnitures at Jennifer Convertables located in Carle Place, NY and I had terrible experience
It took the company times to deliver my furnitures and even so, there are items that are still missing at this point When the company calls to schedule the time for the delivery, I asked them to confirm what items being delivered to make sure they have everything, they told me that the "only make the call, they don't know what items are being delivered" so you don't know what you're getting until they actually show up at your house
First, when we went to the store to schedule the delivery, we scheduled it for Friday 9/**/ However, the store manager Cinthya changed it to Sunday 9/**/and didn't bother to call and tell us
The 3rd time they made the delivery, which was supposed to be the last time, we were still missing a bed and a mirror When I called the store to ask about it, the store manager Cinthia blamed me for not telling her what was missing I told her that everytime they deliver, there was a list of the items so she should know what had been delivered and what was still missing She was rude and argumentative and at some point during the conversation, she hung up the phone on me Then she told me when I called back that she didn't know where the missing items were at that point She said she would find out the next day and get back to me which she never did Throughout this conversation, she kept repeting that it was my fault that she didn't know about the missing items I had to call the store back to talk to someone else who found out that the missing items were transferred to the wrong warehouse When I called customer service to complain about this store and how the store manager conducted business, I was promised a call from the Regional Manager "John" to resolve the issue Well, days later I still have not heard from that manager Obviously, customer service is not important to him Most of the company's representatives we talked with were rude
Throughout my life, I receive excellent customer service and poor customer service and anywhere in between However, Jennifer Convertables really broke the records for me in terms of poor customer service I don't usually rate my experience online However, I'll make an exception this time and give my rating on this experience I don't want anyone to experience what I had to go through with Jennifer Convertables

I purchased a leather piece with oversized ottoman less than years ago, not even a year later the leather started cracking and peeling where you can see the materials underneath the leather, I also purchased the protection from this store in mohegan lake ny as advised by salesman, not only am I dissatisfied with this product and once I filed a complaint, no resolution have been met

My salesperson Sam was excellent He patiently helped me choose the color fabric and number of pieces to coordinate with my playroom
After waiting weeks, of the pieces were delivered on 2/*/ The front right leg of the Chaise doesn’t touch the floor, The pillow on the armless chair was sewn on upside down and the Power Dual Reclining Loveseat only has one recliner instead of the that I ordered and was charged forUnfortunately the pillow on the seat was also sewn incorrectly and the fabric is rippledNone of the cushions seams align properly, the cushions were sewn on upside down and the back cushions are lumpy This sectional looks like I purchased a floor model that was used by customers for at least one year The wedge was the 5th piece, delivered on 2/**/by the Professional Disassembly Service for an additional cost
