Hello- I got a piece of furniture delivered today from Jennifer Convertibles Before the delivery men even left, I pointed out that two drawers were broken The delivery men took photos , and told me they would send it to the customer service dept., and that I’d get a new dresser deliveredThey left me with the broken piece of furniture I contacted the web order team and they told me that customer service will send a technician to as and fix, I assume, my dresser My BRAND NEW DRESSER I paid for a new, undamaged piece of furniture Not a “repaired” one Can you please help me with this? I don’t want the wafer board repairedI want a new dresser The rails for two drawers are completely ripped of the dresser, and the pieces of wafer board were in the drawer If they “repair “ this , I’ll have no recourse in a year from now when the rails rip off the side of the dresser again This dresser should have been taken back to the store , as the damage was documented

NEGATIVE Experience: These people are incompetent, horrible customer service and are incapable of understanding how a business is runWhen someone tells you it will take 3-weeks for beds to arrive, it should not take 2-monthsI had family members sleeping on the floor for over a month because they were unable to deliver at an appropriate time, lack of reaching out to their customers to notify them about delays and just simply from unorganized companyThe location that we had to deal with is from 86st in BrooklynAvoid dealing with this company at all cost since they are clearly [redacted] stupid

On the Monday evening of at approx 745pm I went to Jennifer Convertibles [redacted] store to price furniture because I had a plan in near future to purchase furniture, on the store window front as well as all over the store there was a signed that stated, " 60%off everything must go store moving sale"I was greeted by Narsisco who told me the sale was 60% but if I bought the entire floor model I would get an extra 20% off, he stated it was essentially 80% offI was interested in the grey Arthur sectional with the ottoman but he told me in order to receive entire discount I had purchase the red accent chair as well ( which I didn't want but he convinced me that I could but the entire floor model and sell the red chair later, he even gave me the retail price of the chair to be able to sell later) So I asked him how much for the entire floor model and he gave me the price of , with tax the total would be $Up until that point I had not planned on buying anythi

Sofa delivered was not made correctly Ottoman which is placed under a chaise cushion was lower than the sofa so the sitting cushion was not touching the ottoman The cushion is so badly sewn that it stops short at the arm rest and does not reach the back of the sofa as the other cushions do it is also wider than the ottoman Tech was sent to perform a home inspection he agreed that with my finding and took photos The repair dept sent me a box with legs to change on the ottoman in order to raise the height of the ottoman to even out with the height of the sofa I received a very vague letter about parts for the sofa I then started emailing the customer service department and I received a reply indicating that the cushion is as per manufacturer standard and they are not changing or repairing it I have to waste yet another day to have them come back to change the legs They did not offer to send someone I had to ask I then called the corporate headquarters and no one has

On February **, I was supposed to receive a bed(no mattress) and a dresserI paid $to have this deliveredUpon arrival I was first told they forgot the headboard and would have to take the whole bed backThey asked if I wanted to keep just the frame and foot board and I said I would like to wait until everything is delivered togetherThen they proceeded to start bringing in the dresserAfter they had brought just a few draws upon inspection the draws were scratched and stained with some sort of foreign sunbstanceI then told them that I refused the whole delivery and they just picked up everything and took offI then proceeded to calll the salesman JC from the [redacted] location where I purchased the merchandiseIn so many words he told me there was nothing he could do and was very short and standoffish with me with our conversationHe then said he would have to order me a new dresserNow the delivery men smelled horribly from a foreign substance(drug) that stunk
