On I purchased a sofa & recliner from this store The floor sample was gray microfiber material The items were offered in gray or chocolate brown I ordered brown & paid half the balance due in cash On they called to tell me that my delivery date could be 417, but I had to pay in full before they would set that date The next day I went & paid the balance Today I worked half day (lost pay) to wait for my furniture When the delivery guys started to unwrap it in my front yard, I noticed that the sofa was a leather material, not the microfiber One of the guys called the warehouse (I assume) & put me on the phone to explain that the furniture was incorrect I was told that the store would call me shortly, the furniture was wrapped back up & put back on the truck Almost hrs later I went to the storeThe employee (Jack), said he knew nothing of the problem He called the district manager & left a messageHe gave me a #
I purchased my original mattress with Jennifer Furniture about months agoI began to notice that the mattress was sinking in and so I contacted the claims departmentThey agreed that the mattress was defective and switched out the mattress for another oneHowever when the new mattress arrived I realized that the measurements were off and it did not fit my bed frame like my previous one didI again contacted the claims department and sent photos over and again they agreed that this was an issue and said that they would exchange the mattress outThey sent a third mattress (that I did not accept) because again the measurements were not correct for my bed frameI have asked for a refund just to resolve this issue and I was told that they do not issue refunds but they could give me a refund as long as I agree to pay for 30% of the mattress as well as a delivery feeOr my other option being that I am stuck with a mattress that does not fit my frameAt this point I am unsure what to

My salesperson Sam was excellent He patiently helped me choose the color fabric and number of pieces to coordinate with my playroom
After waiting weeks, of the pieces were delivered on 2/*/ The front right leg of the Chaise doesn’t touch the floor, The pillow on the armless chair was sewn on upside down and the Power Dual Reclining Loveseat only has one recliner instead of the that I ordered and was charged forUnfortunately the pillow on the seat was also sewn incorrectly and the fabric is rippledNone of the cushions seams align properly, the cushions were sewn on upside down and the back cushions are lumpy This sectional looks like I purchased a floor model that was used by customers for at least one year The wedge was the 5th piece, delivered on 2/**/by the Professional Disassembly Service for an additional cost

I purchased a love seat and sofa from Jennifer Convertibles and the items were delivered on 10/**/ We have purchased from them before and take advantage of the interest promotion for card members My husband and I decided to take the extended warranty to cover any damages
On 6/*/2018, less than a year from purchase I submitted a claim to Guardsman ***, reporting the peeling of the leather and considered the sofa defective My claim was denied because I was still under warranty I was advised to contact Jennifer Convertibles customer service @ ###-###-#### I spoke to a Jennifer Convertibles rep on 6/* and I was informed that a technician will contact me On 7/* a technician came to my house representing Guardsman, took pictures of the sofa and stated that someone will get back to me This was confusing to me since Guardsman had already denied my claim It is now September and I have not heard from Jennifer Convertibles or Guardsman

My husband and I purchased a couch, loveseat and recliner from Jennifer Convertibles in late We were told it was made of bonded leather and were encouraged to purchase the $"*** ***" from Guardsman, that covers any rips, tears, spills, etc for up to years Cut to December of and I notice the seam in the couch is beginning to come apart Aside from that, the loveseat is in front of a cabinet and upon opening the cabinet door, I noticed it would bump into the back of the loveseat, which teared it I remembered I had the warranty and looked at the brochure It stated clearly that rips or tears that were caused due to the negligence of the owner were indeed covered! I found it odd since that would fall under my responsibility, but I took advantage of what it stated I called that month for an appointment It took weeks for them to call back with one They didn't offer me any of the dates I originally gave to them I waited another weeks for another appointment, only to be given more dates that didn't work for us, but I caved anyhow because I was tired of prolonging it My husband was home when the service man arrived He took some pictures and left It's been more weeks and since I hadn't heard from them, I called to inquire about my status The woman advised me that my report hadn't been reviewed yet, but upon looking at it now, said both repairs had been denied because it was determined they were "stress tears." Firstly, how do you determine a stress tear from any other tear?? Secondly, I explained how the tear appeared on the back of the loveseat and it wasn't from stress It's an easily fixable issue that you can patch up, even though I'd want something more sturdy given I paid $for this service I asked to speak to the manager and was of course connected to a voicemail I called the actual store I purchased the furniture and plan from (the store is located at *** *** ***, in the Pergament shopping mall, ** *** *** ***) The man who answered (Richard) continually "uh huh'ed" me every seconds while I explained my dilemma He asked if he could call me back in minutes after he finished with a customer I said sure, though I knew he wouldn't I waited a half hour and called him back He tried telling me he called right after his customer left and left a message, but I was sitting by my phone the entire time and not once did it ring!! He explained there was nothing they could do because it's an issue with Guardsman I explained he needs to stand behind the products they sell and demanded my money back for the service, to which he told me there's a hour cancellation fee How convenient that that's in small print in their brochure What can possibly happen within days??? I am beyond livid with the store and the Guardsman company and will continue to call, complain and visit the store until my issue is resolved This is absolutely the most atrocious customer service I have ever had I will never shop there again!!!!
