Do not buy at rooms to go We bought a bench for our dinning room the leg broke we went in and they said it was past a year I asked did they have someone they would recommend to fix it that we have no problem paying and they said no just find someoneThat policy is terrible at least they could recommend a company they said there was nothing they could do but a salesperson on the floor over heard and told us to call the repair department and see if they would sell us a legWe also go the name of the company to call and see if they would sell a partWe are new to the Tampa area and know no one here to fix it they told us if it had been within the year they would of had no problem fixing it we spent thousands of dollars there we bought our living room, dining room , family room, bedroom and kids room and the service is horrible will never buy again there I give them a star

Have electric loveseats that no longer work
Last year I bought electric loveseats Went away for a weekend on June 24th and came back to loveseats having no power Called customer service on Monday June 27th Sent tech out June 30th and all he did was take pictures Waited again for phone call Called us back July 6th and said wanted to send another tech out Waited until July 19th Again all they did was take picturesThis tech did tell us that he had seen the cup holders quit working but not all four at same time Two days later received call back and told me my wife told the tech said there was a power outage She never told tech this She told tech that the first tech said this They claim not manufacturer defect and will not honor warranty The couches have not worked correctly since we got them The couches would recline without pushing buttons We never turned this in however thinking maybe we had accidently hit button or it was just a glitch The loveseats

poor customer service and delivery of damage products occasions to my home
I purchased at dining room table set the first week in April and have waited many long hours to receive damaged products in different occasionsThe first trip I made a complaint to the office about the delivery driver who was rude from having a bad dayNow I'm still awaiting a chair to go with the $2,set I purchased which was delivered broken to me for the third time

On January 7th I purchased a sectional sofa from the Rooms to Go clearance center in Seffner, FLI was told that delivery could not be arranged that week so we scheduled delivery to happen on January 18thI was told that I would be called the night before with a hour delivery window and could not request a time preferenceI took the day off of work in anticipation of the delivery, arranged for my sofa to be donated and awaited my callWhen I heard nothing on Wednesday I called that eveningThe woman who answered the phone said she called everyone scheduled for delivery but checked my receipt to find out what happenedShe was able to see that I had, in fact, paid for delivery but for some reason, had been put as a pickupShe had no explanation for the mistake and said she couldn't do anything since the truck had already been packed but would have a manager call me first thing in the morning on Thursday

recently closed on this property which was empty It did not contain furniture or any other personal property Upon inspection before closing, the flooring was pristine The flooring product is a laminate product The seller actually left behind pieces which are insufficient to repair this damage However, I was able to retrieve this information from the back of the plank "Clarion MXXXXXXXX XX/01/XX XX:XX Made in the USA with North American and European Components."

In January 2016, a warranty service representative called to sell me a warranty on a bedroom setI was informed the cost of the warranty will be added to my financing on the accountOn or about February 4, 2016, I received a postcard with customer identification # XXXXXX stating "thank you for purchasing the exclusive Rooms To Go Extended Service Plan providing you with full years of protection on our new furniture purchase!" I verified the service plan by going to www.espdownload.com; however a warranty was only added to the two nights, mirror and dresser, but not the bedI don;t understand how the warranty was added to everything but the bed
