I bought a bed that is missing a rafter in my opinion and I bought a sofa which started peeling before the three year mark Problem description: I purchased a couch that started peeling at the three year markI was single and hardly used the couch and I couldn't believe it when it started to peelRooms to Go should be responsible also for this couchI just want a NEW couch to last for at least7-yearsIs that too much to ask ROOMS TO GO?
On April 26th I purchase a sectional sofa for the living room with my credit card and it was delivered within a week The following day I noticed damage from the feet of the sectional sofa on the hardwood floors in my condoI called customer service immediately and they asked for me to take some pictures which I did and emailed themOn May 11, Rooms to Go accepted responsibility and Tajana Memailed me offering dollars for my inconvenience and a dollars store credit for an area carpet from Rooms To Go store I did not accept the settlement but instead made a counteroffer which they said they would get back to me on two separate occasions, I have yet to hear from them.Since then, I have had estimates for the hardwood floor damage to be replaced which is more in line with my request to Rooms To Go Product_Or_Service: Sectional Sofa Order_Number: XXXXXXXXi
HEADBOARD FOR BED BROKEN NEVER FIXED ALMOST YEARS!! I purchased a 54" CONSOLE and matching 60" PIER from Rooms to Go on 10/11/The delivery dates for the console and pier were set for different dates due to limited availability of the Pier, a perfectly acceptable task- days before the scheduled delivery of the Console, Rooms to Go called me several times, left multiple messages, and even called my emergency contact to let us know that the schedule for the delivery the merchandise (a little over the top I would say and frankly quite annoying, especially when you have a full-time job and cannot tend to your phone all day long)The console was successfully delivered to my home address (yes, in a gated community) and was set up by the delivery guysSo far so good When it came to the delivery of the pier to the exact same address about weeks later (scheduled delivery November 8th), I got multiple missed calls and a voicemail stating that the merchandise would be delivered between - 3pmAt about 3:pm I got multiple
Motor on Brand New Recliner has been broken over a month We have had the worst service trying to get a brand new recliner fixedThe recliner broke on 3/1/and is still not fixedWe called customer service on 3/and a technician did not come to our house until 3/14/All the technician did on this visit was take a picture of the motor of the chairWe did not hear any word from Rooms-until we call the customer service and the store where we bought the chairs on 3/23/We got a call back on 3/23/saying that the new motor was shipped and to call customer service when we received the motorWe received a part on 3/(which we suspected was the incorrect part) and call customer serviceFinally a repair man came to our house on 4/6/and as we suspected the part was incorrect and our chair was still not repaired We got a call on 4/9/saying that the correct part was ordered and to call customer service once again when we receive the partIt is now 4/17/
I purchased a Lift Recliner from Rooms To Go on 02/09/ I got the recliner on 02/16/and I discovered it was damaged!
