Defective Mattress that has been replaced timesNow going on timesRooms to go customer service and store are giving me different responses Originally I purchased a mattress, box spring, and bed frame from Rooms to Go that was on saleAfter delivery of the first mattress, box spring, and bed frame, the box springs were damaged and bent in the corners, the bed frame was scratched and the mattress had a 1" body suppressionI called Rooms to Go and they offered to come replace my mattress and box springsI was happy as surely I thought this was just a mistake and that these things happen sometimesAfter the second mattress and box spring arrived there were issues shortly afterThe mattress had a 1" body Suppression againI called Rooms to Go and requested my money back as I was unhappy and didn't want to keep taking off work for Rooms to Go to send their inspectors one day and deliver the same mattress again with the same problems on another dayI informed customer service
Couch is just out of warranty, fabric is pulling away from stitching My wife an I purchased a set of couches and an ottoman just over a year ago, the construction is so bad that the fabric is pulling away from the stitches just from sitting on it, it's happening all over the couch, which has a stitched pillow like patternIt's just the two of us and a small dog, no kids jumping up and down on itwe purchased the protective treatment and have even had it professionally cleaned since we've had itWe take good care of this couch and it is falling apart

Poor Online Sales Customer Service Rooms To Go is literally the worst business I've ever dealt with ! I've had half of a sectional for a month and keep hearing excuses about how it's on back orderWhen it's not on back order the delivery schedule is impossible to work with ! The online sales team is a joke thanks to the 10+ times I've called and had at least different associates that said I'd be getting a return call and one of them being a supervisor, and that never happen ! I can't even try to get a refund because they just hang up the phone ! Took the full amount from my credit card gave me half a sectional, then won't return the couch and give me my money backScam artist !
Replacement slipcovers ordered in September, still haven't received anything and no update from customer service I ordered replacement slipcovers for two sofas and one chair/ottoman set that were previously purchased from Rooms to Go The order was placed in September 2016, check was cashed days later, and I was told it could take up to days to receive days, passed and I was told could take up to days passed, and was told could be up to days We are now in mid-February (months later) and customer service is not giving us a straight answer, has no update on when slipcovers will be arriving, refuses to let us speak to a manager, or anyone who can escalate the issue with the parts department After spending nearly $for slipcovers, we could at least be given the courtesy of a callback with an update At this point, I doubt I would even be able to get our money back if we tried to cancel the order I just want the slipcovers so we can update our couch

While delivering scratched, defective, and broken furniture they damaged the floors at my home They scratched my floors while delivering defective furnitureThey offered me a pittance of $to repair the floorsI asked them what they suggest I do with $and they haven't responded They were to exchange the furniture for new but give me one hour notice on the day of delivery in light of how much time I've already wasted dealing with and waiting on this companyThat too they couldn't get right and with minutes notice on the day of delivery I couldn't break free from work fast enough to catch the delivery man The issue of damaged floors is still unresolved and I am still in possession of the damaged furniture they are yet to replace I regret doing business with this company and will never purchase another product from them again
