I waited for weeks to have a mattress replacement also they broke an entry lamp and never paid for the cost to replace We visited Rooms to Go where my son wanted to purchase a bedroom set with a nightstand and also a queen mattress setEverything went well until the delivery, the guys that delivered were not professional, they enter the house with dirty shoes and did not put together the mattress completely with the cover that was purchased for itAlso bringing in the mattress, they broke my entry lamp, they said to not reported it that they would reimburse us for the replacement costThey stop contact with my son and I ended up with the cost of replacementLater on the mattress started to have issues and finally a hole formed in the middle right of it and my son had to sleep to one sideI contacted the store where the purchase was made and I was directed to customer serviceI called them and they schedule days later a technician to see the mattress and make a finding repor
damage to wood flooring during furniture delivery during Feb delivery of furniture, at approx3pm, the delivery person overturned a large box containing a wood lingerie chest, causing chips in the month-old oak flooring - complaint was registered within an hour with Rooms To Go customer service, but they have not been in touch about the repair and associated costs
Worst experience I have dealt with, I purchased a recliner online and within a few months the mechanism brokeI contacted Rooms to Go and they sent out a technician a week later to my house to evaluate the recliner he deemed in fact it needed to be repairedCool so he orders the part and replaces it a few weeks laterwell a few weeks go by after repairs were made and it's broken again, sent out another technician and he said it can't be repaired so I waited a week later for the assessment to be sent in and they said I was able to do a "Re-Selection" so essentially I would receive a credit of what I paid for the recliner, awesome no problem I went to the local store this time so I could see the build quality instead of purchasing onlineI went picked out a new more expensive recliner paid cash scheduled a delivery and felt pretty good about upgrading to a better reclinerWell I received an email from internet sales, Dear Valued Customer, Our records indicate there is a new order and return on your account To schedule a delivery date and take care of any balances due, please contact us directly at 1-888-709-5380, option "1" If we do not receive a response from you within days the reselection will be canceled Sincerely, Internet Sales Support SO this concerned me, called and apparently the store incorrectly charged me and now I need to pay an additional fee of $58, after contacting multiple departments of which I requested to speak to a supervisor and told there wasn't one I'm basically screwed and need to pay the additional amountSo because there's three departments that can't communicate properly it's my fault I was incorrectly charged, I've been EXTREMLY easy going about the whole situation up until this pointSo now I requested a refund which still is in question on how or when I will receive it?!?! I was trying to spend more money and forgive the bad experience and upgrade, now I'm stuck with a broken $recliner and poor customer service experiencenot a smart way of trying to continue business with someone, did anyone offer to say they messed up on the price of $no!
