I ordered a living room set from RTGDelivery date was 11/one piece was wrongCalled to see when the next delivery date Got the wrong piece of my living room set Called to see if they could deliver within two days after because of thanksgiving oh my Manager called me back very very rude very shocked of the way he handled itLoudddddCalled another location to complain the representative was laughing I thought she was in shock of what I told her she said I will fix it now still laughing though it was a joke and transferred me back to the manager store that was rude!!! Very rude people I dealt withI didn't do anything wrong but was mistreated in a very shady way! All names are available!!!! I don't recommend RTGo in ArlingtonI will never ever shop RTGo everrrrr...I am still in shock of the way they tried (didn't) fix it!

The leather sofa sleeper I purchased from Rooms To Go, including the $"bond" protection charge, is cracking/peeling On 11/19/I spent $at Rooms To Go on furniture (order #XXXXXXXX)As part of that purchase I bought a matching leather sofa (#XXXXXXXX) and leather sofa sleeper (#XXXXXXXX)These pieces were advertised as genuine leather (for all parts the you would touch such as the seats, back cushions, and arm rests)I even had to pay $per sofa for their year bond protectionI noticed in early January that the sleeper sofa seat cushion (the left hand side if you're facing the sofa) had a quarter size area that has started cracking and peelingI contacted Rooms To Go customer service and was asked to send pictures which I didI was asking for them to replace the sofa cushion cover since I could still find my sofa sleeper on their website (albeit under a different style name)They emailed and offered a prorated store credit to return both sofas of only $

Asked Rooms to Go to remedy complaint two times Nothing has been resolved I purchased furniture from Rooms to Go last July After receiving the furniture, we noticed the couch and love seat were slanted in the seating We contacted the company, and they said they only came to our area once a week We had to make accommodations for someone to be here, as this is a vacation home in NC, and we live in FL They did nothing to remedy the situation, stating We just arrived a couple days ago, and the slanting is worse, and no fix has been applied, once again We also rent this unit, and our guests cannot be expected to have to push their bodies up so they don't slide off of the seating

Refusing to exchange out faulty bed which is causing a safety hazard We waited a month after our order to get our bedroom set delivered Among other issues that have been resolved (damaged dresser) the bed that was delivered was either put together wrong or is faulty as there are significant gaps on all sides of the bed allowing for small dogs and children to fall into the cracks and suffer injury We have expressed the need to have this bed fixed or replaced, we have had three visits to our home and rooms to go is refusing to respond to this urgent safety matter and replace the bed There is a strong liability factor here and we need rooms to go to respond to this emergency situation and immediately provide a replacement bed frame that is properly constructed so that this liability issue is resolved before anyone gets hurt as rooms to go will be held accountable should this occur We wish to avoid anyone or any or our animals getting hurt Time is of the essence here
