Wrong product delivered twice with no expectation for exchange until FebruaryBad customer service experience with poor and untruthful communication To whom it may concern: I am discussing an error with an accent chair order delivered wrong twiceI had the product ordered on Thanksgiving with delivery scheduled to 12/I have ordered blue accent chairs and the delivery came in one blue and one beige colorWe have scheduled for my husband go to the warehouse to pick this product up and again they gave us the wrong color For that moment on, all we have is mustached information about the product being delivered in multiple dates and now is changed to FebruaryI have called customer service multiple times with they asking me to call the store, I called the store multiple times with they telling me this is a customer service issueAt the end nobody give us a correct information or solve the issue We have been yelled at by people from the store and customer service, w
Had a problem with a sofa cushion and was told a replacement would be shipped out I Purchase a couch a little over a year ago I noticed that one of the couch cushions started coming apart at the seam I called Rooms to go customer service and they stated that a replacement cover would be shipped to a tech to come out and replace it A few weeks go by and I call again They stated that the parts department will ship one out soon I waited a few weeks and called again The customer service rep stated that she will contact the parts department and will call me back This has been going around and around with customer serviceI do not believe anything is being done to ship the cushion cover out
I purchased a leather couch and chair from Rooms To Go a few years back with a protection plan at an additional costRecently I had a mark on my couch I called Rooms To Go Customer ServiceI emailed a pictureThey set up for a technician to come out to look on 11/3/Apparently it was a marker and not covered on the plan but the technician worked on it anywaysAfterwords, I noticed a yellow stainI emailed a new picture almost right awayCindy responded from their corporate office via emailShe told me the marker was not coveredI asked why did the technician work on it then plus he added a yellow stain to my couchShe stated he attempted to remove the marker and there was nothing else they could doI called the 1-800#Spoke to a young ladyTold her my situationI asked how that was okay their technician put an additional stain on my couch? She kept putting me on holdCame back saying there is nothing else they can doI asked to speak to her supervisorHe right off
Company will not honor Extended WarrantyClaims cushion is heavily soiledHave fabric warranty and cushion has manufactures defect Purchased the chase in May or JuneLater bought the extended warranty because I have three special needs children and needed the fabric protectionThis warranty costed me dollars and I also bought warranties for my sofa set as wellIn Oct I noticed the material was coming apart at the seems which due to my experience as a Parachute rigger new that this was caused by to close of the stitching leading to perforation of the materialI called rooms to go and filed a claimThe tech came out said he never seen one do that and took some picturesAbout a week later I get a call telling me that they denied my claimI asked why and they told me I would have to talk to the warranty people about whyI called them and they told me that they had not received the report yet and said that the people I was just on the phone with was the ones to tell me w
I have received damaged furniture delivered twiceI've asked for a refund and the merchandise to be picked up The bedroom set took weeks on backorder and then arrived with both bookcases, headboard and footboard damagedI called because the delivery guy did nothing about it and left the damaged furnitureThey scheduled a delivery of the bookcase that took another two weeks to getThis also came delivered damaged and the delivery guy noticed both head/foot board damagedI called againThey scheduled another delivery but this is not what I askedThey told me only an exchange or redelivery will be doneIf I return it, I'm responsible for the return costson a bedroom set this is damaged upon deliveryI find this unacceptableI want the bedroom set removed from my home and a full refund of what I was charged
Was advised that after less than months of use, the left side of my console loveseat was leaning due to "wear and tear" We purchased a reclining sofa and console loveseat and it was delivered on 9/2/I called on 1/21/17, less than months from receiving it, because there was an issue with one side of the loveseatA tech came out to look then I received a call from customer service advising that this was wear and tear and was not covered under warrantywear and tear after months of a sized man sitting in the chair for maybe to hours a day??? If this is wear and tear, Rooms to Go must sell some very shoddy furniture! I would certainly advise anyone looking to go somewhere else and pay a little more for some well made furniture that will not fall apart after months of use
Multiple issues with delivery and experience with the Rooms To Go customer service and delivery team We ordered furniture on July 24th at Rooms To Go at XXXXXHaynes Bridge Road, Alpharetta GA XXXXX Orders XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX, & XXXXXXXX The order had to be broken into three deliveries due to availability of the products we ordered The first delivery was completed on the expected date, however, there was very minor damage done to our wall in the bedroom and one of the pieces of furniture had damage to the back of the piece that was not impacting the use or structure so customer service only noted it in our file and we did not request a tech to come out but could if we needed to The second delivery was also made as schedule and the team bringing in our chairs for the table already delivered, bumped our table damaging the corner a minor bit, again it wasn't bad enough that we wanted to have to wait for new furniture On Oct 7th, our third delivery was made and the headboard f

exchange issues I went into Rooms to Go on Saturday 8/27/and purchased a Sealy mattressThat following Monday I went back into the store to cancel the purchase because I had read reviews and found out that Sealy wasn't the best and had issues with the mattress saggingI talked to a manager and my sales guyThey persuaded me towards the Stearns and FosterI know they are are a much better mattress and that this would be much better qualityThey even helped me to call the credit company and increase my credit lineI spent $more in addition to the Sealy mattress The store only had one style of the Stearns and FosterI did ask if it was a plush firmI was under impression that was the oneWe did the paperwork over near the customer service areaI did not go and check out the mattress I had delivery of the new mattress on September 3rdI immediately put all our mattress protector and sheets on the bed and then went to try it outI could not lay on the bed
