I brought an kids bedroom end table I called rooms to go they sent a teck out my end table the leg fell due to company putting it together I have been trying to get this matter resolved no help no response
I received damaged merchandise on 01-11-called spoke r2g came back out on 01/and still received damaged merchandise talk to lily who was rude R2G came back out on 01-27-with another damaged bedroom set when customer service called to ask how the service went I told them I received another damaged bedroom set the rep said ahe was going to call back and have the guys come back to pickup item (that was around 4pm its now 7pm still no call, I called the store and asked for lily around 630pm and she told the operator to tell me they will put in for exchange, still waiting for her call back I sent pictures to [redacted] @roomstogo.com with new damaged bedroom set

product not as described On 11/23/I purchased a mattress at rooms to go, Anthony sold me a mattress pad but DID NOT tell me that the mattress pad would give the bed a firm feel, nor did he tell me that it was not returnable We used the pad one night and it made the bed uncomfortable and firm The store will not return it I called customer service and her words were "I was told that the mattress pads give beds a firmer feel since it pulls down on the mattress top."
