Purchased a mattress in which is still under warranty and I purchased an extended warranty also The refuse to do anything about the issue I purchased a bedroom set and a mattress from rooms to go in I reported that the mattress went from firm to soft already and it now sinks in the middle They refused to exchange it because it wasn't covered by the manufacturer I say if they aren't going to guarantee their product for years then both the manufacturer and rooms to go should not be in business I bought another bedroom set in and wished I hadn't now If rooms to go doesn't fix my issue I will not purchase anything else from them and I will call all the local television stations to have them all show what happens when you buy something at Roomd To Go and that Rooms To Go won't actually guarantee their product

Faulty furniture damaged floor covering Customer service has been difficultFurniture delivered damaged & defective manufacturing Delivery personnel did not clean up after themselves I had to show the repair person how to set up a bed frame & show her the problem with a dresser (it was framed out of square) The kitchen table was delivered with no floor guides & damaged the newly installed vinyl plank floor covering claim # XXXXXXXX Rooms to go ( Tatjana M Special Projects/In Home Damage Claim Liaison) wants me to contact floor repair companies to have them provide floor repair estimates I advised her that the damage and repair is the responsibility of Rooms to GoMscheduled one repair company to provide an estimateI waited all day for the person to arriveHe never didNow Mis refusing to coordinate the estimate / repairs & offered $I have no idea what the repair costs will be, the costs may be much higher that this amount is unacceptable

Deceived as to how I was purchasing furniture I went to price furniture and see if I qualified for their credit program as I had purchase furniture that way before I asked several times to have my credit checked and it was not done Instead, I was told about their new program for purchasing furniture The salespeople were very aggressive and I was not told what this program really was I didn't have my reading glasses so they read most of it to me September 1st I found out from their Acceptance program that this is some kind of rental program and they were going to charge me 3times what I purchased the furniture for I feel that I was scammed by Rooms To GO I've already paid $for this furniture and not getting credit for it I would NEVER rent furniture

I entered into a 90-day buyout option for a product, bed, but was told after making my final payment I still owed money On Friday, July 13th, I received a text alert stating that I had a payment due for my Acceptance now agreementThis was strange because when I initially purchased I opted for the 90-day buyout option which required 3-monthly paymentsOn June 14th or 15th, I made what I believed was my last payment for the day buyout but upon calling the store I was informed that the final payment needed to be made in store or over the phone with the storeI wasn't aware that the final payment was to be made directly t o the store because I specifically asked if I could make payments online and the store employee informed me that "yes or you can come into the store"Not at anytime was I told that I had to make the final 90-day buyout payment in-store nor is it stated anywhere in my contract that I signedMY reasoning for getting the 90-day buyout option was to avoid paying $

Wrong sofa was delivered and customer service center was not helpful I purchased a sofa on 6/20/almost weeks ago and the delivery was scheduled for today Monday 7/3/which I had to take off work for because they give you a hour window for deliveryThey ended up delivering the incorrect sofa so I called the customer service number (XXX) XXX-XXXX and spoke to different women and explained it's an unfortunate situation because I purchased this sofa weeks ago and now would have to take off another day to get the exchange completedBoth women very EXTREMELY unsympathetic and rude and only offered a $reimbursement for the troublesI paid almost $for one sofa and horrible customer service from here so I am extremely upset and would like this resolved immediately

I ordered a full size mattress and box spring in early October and asked for a 10/31/delivery date - order # [redacted] I received an email confirmation and, two days prior to delivery, another confirmation of the delivery timeThe delivery team was nice but delivered a QUEEN size box spring and a full size mattress I spoke with dispatch during the delivery and she apologized, asked me to keep the queen size (because it would be "faster" to deliver the new one???) and said I would receive a call later in the day to schedule the correct delivery I did not receive a call, so I called the next evening, sat on hold for almost an hour before requesting a call back, and when I received a call back the delivery associate assured me that my delivery would occur on 11/6/The problem is I never received confirmation, and when I called the automated system, there is no record of an pending deliveries associated with either my order number or my phone number I paid for a full box spring, and I'm stuck with a queen boxspring that does not even fit on the bed frame This needs to be rectified by November by delivering the order for which I contracted in the first place

I purchased a sofa from Rooms To Go that was not delivered to my apartment On May 24, 2016, I purchased a sofa chase - color peat that was to be delivered on Saturday, May 27, On the day of delivery, the delievery men came into my apartment and told me they could not bring the sofa in becuase it would not fit There was no attempt to see if could, no attempt to measure the sofa and hall space - nothing The delivery men then chastised me for not pre-measuring my home and left I contact the salesman who sold me the sofa, Ski K He placed me on hold and a Spanish speaking woman came on the line and said "I am the manager, what is the problem" After explaining what happened, she advised she would contact the delivery men to have them return with the sofa The delivery men refused I contacted the store, as well as their corporate office everyday since the 27th Corporate advised I needed to contact the store where the sofa was purchased as they do not handle returns, r

Improperly installed bed cross-member broke I purchased a mansell manor bed last year, while I lived in the middle of nowhere The bed has standoffs to support the weight of the mattress and user, and one snapped This would not have happened had the bed been assembled correctly (A point I brought up multiple time) - each standoff has a countersunk hole for a bolt, which the installers did not bring or install Had they, the standoffs would have remained at degrees and this problem would not have occurred This of course happened after the warranty expired; but most of their furniture is falling apartRight now my bed is being supported by wood planks and plastic boxes designed to hold bed linens Again, brought up many times - had this been installed PROPERLY, this would have never happened and the warranty would not be needed The installers were obviously in a great hurry
