Harassing phone calls I have a line of credit with Rooms to Go which is due on the first of each monthDue to my busy work schedule I am unable to make into the store to make the payments nor do thy provide me with a mailing in methodI either have to make the payment over the phone or go into the storeHowever, representative start calling me on the first of each month several times a day without giving me the opportunity to come into the store to make the paymentI have tried making the payment over the phone and my debit card information was compromisedIf I'm not able to make into the store, they began calling the references I submitted to them as well as my employer I am well aware of the contractual obligation I signed with them and I have not missed a payment since I started my agreementAlso, I know that by law you have to extend a grace period before you are delinquentThe phone calls are very annoying and overbearingI do not have a problem with making the paym

I have never left a negative review in my life, but am so frustrated I could scream! Where to begin? Recently my husband and I purchased a Livingroom set from Rooms to Go It was a set we saw on- line but went into the store to check out the quality, etc We ended up removing the center console as it seemed to be cheap but did upgrading the package to include an extra reclining chair Additionally we added two end tables, a coffee/cocktail table and office desk We received the couch only a few days later and found that the upgrade turnout out to be a mistake, The couch was way too big for the space and wanted to return ONE piece of the sectional and figured we would return the least expensive piece being the chair that did not recline Neither my husband nor I looked to see what the return policy was prior to the purchase, nor did the sales rep go over or mention that they had a no return no cancellation policy Within a couple hours of the deliver I placed a call to the store and spoke with the sales person that sold us the set She stated that we should have refused the one piece at the time of delivery, however my husband was at work and I wanted him to see the set up before a decision was made The sales person told me that she would talk to the manager as he was right there with her and have him get right back to me After several hours had gone by and not heard from anyone I called and was put on hold for several minutes, as the sales person needed to print out our paperwork and the manager needed to review it, apparently there was no intentions or hurry in getting back to me When finally speaking with the floating manager in explained that the only thing he was able to do from a store leave was ½ the value of the chair and would also be required to pay a $shipping fee back to the distribution center However they did not and would not take into consideration that a couple weeks prior to this order we ordering an entire bedroom room set, at which time were told that the footboard & rails as well as the Chester drawers were on back order for weeks No big deal right??? Well it turns out that that date was inaccurate and not due in until September 12th which worked out to be about a weeks NOT 4!!! The manager said I could speak with customer service and he would leave a note to have them call me Monday or Tuesday to see if they could do anything else for us Monday morning around 10:30am I did receive a call from customer service, however they were no more helpful than the manager at the store level We have spent over $with them over the past month and a few thousands about a year or so ago with them the least they could do is take back one chair giving us full credit for it, and pick the piece up when the rest of our furniture comes in When would be need to pay the delivery back? It completely amazes me that a companies of this size is allowed to conduct business without any type of return policy I think this practice is completely unfair and unreasonable And am completely aware that other furniture companies have the same type of policy but again after spending the amount of money that we did, they would at least work with us We will NEVER EVER shop Rooms TO Go AGAIN! As a side not, the delivery guys were great but they are not employed by Rooms to Go they are contracted!

Rooms to Go have very poor, unsatisfactory, disappointing delivery service and customer service I have ordered bedroom sets online on September 25th, One is delivered on October 10, The other set was said to be back ordered and will be delivered October the 30thOn October 30th, I received a recorded message saying that my delivery will be at 3:pm to 7:pm on that daySo I asked my daughter and my niece to request an early release from school so they can receive the delivery At around 7:p.m., I received a recorded message again saying that the delivery will be later than usual We waited and waited until 10:pm The delivery did not arrive and no one called, so I made a call, no one answered The next day, Tuesday, October 31st, I spoke with dispatch/delivery and they informed me that the truck was at the house at 11:pmSo I said we waited until pm and were definitely asleep at 11:pm and nobody had called to inform us that it would be

The nightstand I purchased months ago has paint chippingRooms to go will not correct the defect I purchased a complete bedroom set months ago which included two nightstandsI placed a lamp on each nightstandWhen I moved one lamp while dusting paint chipped offI contacted rooms to go immediately to have someone come look at itOnce I was able to get a service technician out, he then stated it was a chemical reaction between the lamp and nightstandHowever, on my other nightstand there is no paint chippingI have called and spoke to all managers at the local Rooms To Go, I have called and spoke to corporate who still will not resolve the issueThere is obviously a defect within the nightstand or my other nightstand would have the same issue

Problem with Protection Sales Practices and Defective furniture We purchased a sectional leather couch in January I believe order number is XXXXXXXX In the past year and a half we also purchased a dining room table set and a bedroom set for my daughter Each product comes damaged and generally seems to be the lowest quality possible In contrast we purchased two couches from rooms to go in that we had until we got the new couch with no issues Obviously quality is going way downhill At any rate, we get this couch and had to have two pieces replaced that were defective right when it was delivered In less than months, one of the pieces with the storage console and cupholders appeared to have spots where the leather rubbed off I'm not really sure how thats possible considering the last couch went plus years without rubbing off anywhere and obviously the corner units where people put cups and their arms are clearly high traffic areas Rooms to go tried to cla
