DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I recently purchased over thousand dollars worth of furnitureThe contracted delivery service did deliver on the scheduled date however, I had to take time off work in order to be home to accept deliveryThis is where it gets bad Upon delivery, the dresser was badly damaged and I was forced to accept it with the premise that an exchange would be completed I was contacted by their customer service who informed me that a delivery time could not be scheduled, only a delivery date they said I would receive a call two days prior of delivery date to inform me of the delivery time however, I cannot take off work that easy in order to accept delivery I told them that it was not my fault the furniture was damaged and I should not be inconvenienced further by having to take off work yet another day they didn't care and said I had no recourse they have lived up to their responsibility of replacing what was damaged only it was on their termsI am now having to wait over a month to use this furniture there are many choices of where to buy furniture, the only thing that separates companies is customer service I would gladly pay many times over what I payed with them for appropriate customer service I predict after reading many of the same negative reviews here that this company will eventually go away do not spend your money with these scam artists run!!!
