I feel like the sales rep lied and misrepresented the products I went to place an order on the Internet it was very confusing and when I communicated with the rep he told me one thing with one price and guiding me to pick this particular item I didn't pick the item he suggested which was not the original item I wanted but he told me he could just switch the headboard and everything else would be the same after about an hour and a half of doing so I placed the order and it ended up being $more than what he originally said it would be And then called the Internet service line to ask for help but they told me they could not do anything I also spoke to the sales rep online and he explained to me there was nothing he could do in that he could apologize and cancel the order and that's it

On October 31st, we had bought/delivered a Sofa and chairs, we paid extra for StainmasterSInce then there has been nothing but issues We bought a Sofa and chairs in October of It was delivered October 31st, We paid extra to have Stainmaster applied to the furniture as it was a light color and we wanted it to be covered in case of any stainsIn November the chair had lost all cushioning in the arm and so we called Rooms to Go and they came out to investigate, they ended up replacing the chairNot a month later the cushions on the back of the couch began loosing all of their cushion, the seat cushions began piling and there was two stains on the couch that would not come out with Rooms to Go special cleaner, that they advertise takes out everything, not to mention the stainmaster that was guaranteedYet again I called Rooms to Go, they sent out someone to supposedly clean the couch, he stated that the stainmaster was a rip off and that the stains probably would

Furniture ordered in August has failed to be delivered without damage for months and separate attempts I purchased a living room set from Rooms to Go in mid August including the warranty on all pieces The furniture has come in damaged or incomplete times now over a span of months Delivery attempt dates are 8/23/18, 9/1/18, 9/7/18, 9/21/18, and 10/4/ I have taken time off from work for each instance and Rooms to Go has failed to fulfill the contract by delivering undamaged furniture I have multiple pictures of the damage Rooms to go customer service has failed to rectify this situation and provide the service contracted They are very difficult to deal with and have been unable to make this situation right I have now lost days of work for this issue

I purchased a Canopy Bed and Nightstands on October 12, and given a December 11th delivery dateRooms To Go never called to confirm the delivery date or timeI called the store and Customer Service times and finally got a confirmed delivery timeThat is when the nightmare began The Delivery Team that delivered the bed on December 11th were very professional, brought the pieces in my house in the box and took time and were very careful in assembling the pieces The headboard had a Manufacturers Defect and had to be replaced The furniture smelled brand new! The Delivery Man put the Canopy in the garage and explained that he was leaving it sealed in the box so that it would not get dirtyCustomer Service scheduled a replacement in days for Friday I was the last stop on their route, it was rainy that dayOne Delivery man came in to see the situation and take out the defected headboard that was leaning against the wall The other Delivery Man got the headboard out of the truck and I watched him place it on the wet concrete in the streetHe was struggling to handle the headboard He carried the headboard with the fabric side pressed up against his wet, sweaty shirtThe fabric was stained and smelled like a wet, sweaty workerThen that same man goes in the garage, opens the fabric canopy in the garage, takes it out of the box and drags it across the garage floor because it was too heavyWhen he finally gets it in my room, the other Delivery Man tries to put the button in the middle, but said it is defective, ripped the material trying and handed me the button and said they would have to send out another one They put the torn, dirty stained canopy on the bed and leftI called Customer Service and spoke to a rude representative that insulted me I called back and spoke to Ayanna, she was so rude I asked for a Supervisor, she transferred the call, which conveniently dropped I called back and began to explain the situation and Ayanna said, "I just talked to you, you don't have to say it again." Once again I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor The Supervisor set up an exchange for the headboard for December 27th and said she would have to check on the fabric canopy Monday Morning I called the Rooms to Go Corporate Office and spoke to Ricardo, who was very nice and he is trying to schedule the headboard exchange for December 19thHowever, they cannot replace the canopy until January 2ndI am waiting for a confirmation of delivery date and time, however I am now prepared and know what to expect This has been a horrible, ridiculous unnecessary nightmareIf the delivery man would have simply brought the headboard and the canopy in the house in the box and taken the time to carefully handle the canopy, this would not have happenedAs of this moment, I have a dirty, stained smelly headboard with a torn ripped filthy canopy an the button is lying on the dresserRooms To Go just opened a gigantic new store miles from here and they spend an enormous amount of money on marketing and advertisingMaybe they should redirect some of that marketing money into training the Delivery People how to properly handle the furniture and train Customer Service Representative to respect the customer and realize, we do have other choices where to shop for furnitureUnfortunately, I chose to shop at Rooms To Go
