Company has not fulfilled their obligation to deliver and set up purchased items Order date: 10/30/via telephone Order number: XXXXXXX Salesperson: Tyler A.(XXXXXX) Payment: $11/1/17(cash) I was trying to order furniture to be delivered to an assisted living facility for my mother Timing was critical as I wanted her to show up to a furnished apartment, after her discharge from the hospital I wanted to place the order online and pay with a credit card but I could not select a specific delivery date, so I called a store near the assisted living facility I was told that I could not pay over the phone with a credit card but that someone would have to go to the store in person and pay for the purchaseI gave Tyler the list of the items that I had chosen over the phone and he was going to check stock and get back to me When he called back there were a few items that were not in stock He suggested that they could send a temporary bed frame out until the one that ma

Store won't refund my money for a discontinued couch and love seat that has broken over times since purchase in July They issued me a credit of total purchase amount of and But I can only use this "credit" towards the purchase of something new there at their location I went to see what I would like to replace it with and there is nothing else they have that I like and that is comfortable I asked that they come pick up the couch and love seat and credit my account by these amounts As I financed this purchase through them They stated I have days to use the credit in store only So they are trying to force me to buy something I don't want or like but can't issue me a refund for my broken couch and loveseat If it weren't broken and if they had something else I liked this wouldn't be an issueit isn't like I am just trying to get a refund for no good reason my couch is broke they can't replace it due to it being discontinued I should be credited

Last July I bought a Key West model bedroom set in Rooms to Go at Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL The set consists of a queen bed, two night tables and a chestThe bed has a mattress that can be lifted with a remote control and a conventional mattress on top of itThe delivery took place a few days after the purchase and the staff put together the set in a defective manner, so that the side boards of the bed are released from the head and foot board without any reasonOur repeated phone calls resulted that a team of customer service was presented to try to solve the problem, but without successThis nightmare is that no matter what movements occur on the bed, it is dismantled spontaneously at the slightest contact and the foot board falls apart by itself, without even touching itIs for this reason that we need to use an inflatable mattress while we need to keep paying the monthly payments for a defective productOur demand is that we want to change the bed for another one of the same kind, but that will be armed in a professional wayThe mattress with the remote control separates the upper mattress far away from the head board leaving a large separation between the two of them, so anything that is in that spot falls to the floorWe don't want that mattress anymore
