Avoid delivery services from Rooms To GoThe delivery crew destroyed my hickory floors, the stair nosing, and the stringer board on my staircaseI was left with a broken wood stringer and gouges in the woodTo make matters worse, the crew did not bring all of the parts necessary to assemble the twin over full bunkbed with trundle that I purchasedThey advised that the necessary parts would be ordered and delivered directly to my house, then I would have to call to reschedule assemblyHowever, the parts assembled by this delivery crew were also damaged beyond repair and the entire bunkbed will have to be replacedit looks like thrift furniture Based on the amount of damage, I called customer care and the first woman with whom I spoke was rude and unhelpfulThe second woman, Desirae, was in contrast very helpful and has ordered a new bed to be delivered hopefully by the end of the weekI also called the store in Newnan, GA and spoke with the manager, Mark H., who is putting me in touch with James E., who I presume is a district manager, and he is supposed to advise me on how the damage to home will be repaired or perhaps how I will be compensated for the damageI also spoke with Jessica, from the delivery department, who called whilst I was writing this reviewshe, too, was very helpful and apologetic and is working to help me resolve this nightmare situationHeed this forewarning when shopping for new furniture and DO NOT USE the Rooms to Go Delivery ServiceFinally, the Revdex.com rating of "A+" at the bottom of the Rooms to Go page is a farceClearly the Revdex.com gives this rating to businesses simply because they pay a membership feeThe Revdex.com is allegedly non-biased, however, based on the amount of one-star reviews for Rooms To Go found on the world wide web, they must be using "new math" to arrive at their "A+" rating
