We have purchased several furniture items in the past, the most recent was a cobble heights living room, the set had very low quality, seams were uneven, some cushions were firm while others were soft and sagged, we call customer service and after a tech came to check they said the set met manufacturing standards and refuse to replace or take back, you are suppose to return it hrs after purchase but since we receive it weeks after the order, we are stuck, manager agreed quality was low, even on the floor sample, still refused to take backWill never buy again from rooms to goAvoid them at all costs

I purchased a Cindy Crawford poster bed and need a replacement part which can not be provided
I purchased a Cindy Crawford poster queen bed on 1/21/ The order number is XXXXXXX I need a replacement bed claw plate for SKU NoXXXXXXXX side rail I contacted customer service via phone and was told I would need to go to a hardware company to purchase the part This part is a claw plate and is not sold in any hardware store that I can find in the USI have search all over the country on the internet with no luck I contacted RTG via chat online and was told they no longer support this bedI asked for the name of the manufacturer to contact directly and was told it was Herald Square but they had no phone number or address I am sleeping on the floor since I don't have the bed claw piece for my bed I always loved the furniture from Room to Go but I am very disappointed that no one is wiling to help me purchase this replacement piece

Rooms to go will not honor purchased protection
In November of 2015, I purchased a sofa and love seat from the Rooms to Go store in Sarasota I opted to purchase the addition protection guaranty which promises that, for three years after the application of the protectant, it will clean, reupholster or replace any furniture with stains that cannot be removed with the cleaner provided
First, I do not believe the protection was every applied to the furniture Second, it was suppose to come with special cleaner which was never mailed to me I requested it three times now The first times I was told it would be mailed It never was I have had customer service come out twice to clean stains in the past years The last time a technician came they scrubbed it so hard the material starting falling apart I called again on October 6th, The sent a tech out this time they did not try to clean it, because as she said, she was running late on all her appointments and that
