I went into the store to buy a FutonThe service rep was very helpful and friendly, however upon delivery of the futon I realized the futon did not fit in my spaceI called to see if I could return the futon or exchange it and was told that Rooms To Go has a NO RETURN POLICY! I have NEVER heard of a furniture store not giving a few days to return a piece if it didn't workIt was NEVER mentioned to me by the service rep when I was purchasing the futonI spent over $and cannot use this piece of furnitureI am very displeased and will never purchase a piece of furniture from this store again since if for some reason it didn't fit or the color wasn't right they will NOT let you even do an even exchangeTHIS IS INSANE!!

A leg on a dining set purchased from RTG in broke due to there being a large knot in the leg
RTG came to our house and tightened the legs on the chairs shortly after purchase About weeks ago, my wife was moving the seat under the table as which we were dining when the leg snapped Examination of the leg revealed a large knot in it causing the failure We approached RTG Customer Service and were treated harshly Several excuses were given as to why we cannot get a replacement leg However, when we went to the local store, they had a similar set with a matching leg RTG still will not order a leg for us, even though we paid them $for a leg, which they say they are returning

While the local service was good at the store, the corporate customer service and furniture quality is very poorI have purchased childrens bedrooms sets thru the years but did not expect long term useI got what I paid forI was fooled into believing their leather couches were good qualityUnfortunately after months my couch is peeling and the color is rubbing offThey only offer a replacement of the same couch (poor quality) or a new couch (after much complaining)They do not have a new couch to fit our room dimensionsThey will not refund me but only offer to replace the full couch but NOT give a full warranty on itSo in months, when it starts to peel and fade, I will have no recourseI do not suggest buying any furnishings that you expect to last!

I bought a Bar Table and Four High Top Chairs, with a Server..I was on a Day same as Cash option, and I paid my first two payments on time, well when it came time to pay my last payment on the 3rd month, (October 2015, which was during Hurricane Matthew) and I was stuck in a flood in Georgia, I called Rooms to Go/Acceptance Now (Finance Department inside Rooms to Go) I was able to get back the day after I was suppose to have paid the Last $and they DID NOT CARE!! They would not accept my payment and now tell me that I owe $and want it all at oncethey would not take and extra $that I have offered a few times to themthey told me I couldn't pay extrathat they would only take the total amount $or pay them the $169/month which only "$20" was going to what I owe! I refuse to keep being "RIPPED OFF" by these people!! They tell me now that I'm in a Rental payment now until I pay $which I have already paid well over $1,on a BAR STOLL TABLE & HIGH TOP CHAIRS WHICH WERE $400.00, AND A SERVER WHICH WAS $400.00, I PAID FOR THE 3RD AND 4TH HIGHT TOP CHAIRS ON THE SAME DAY WHICH WERE $100/EACH ALONG WITH HAVING ALREADY PAID THEM $1,I want my money back and for them to pick up the merchandise and be done with this horrible decision of EVER coming to Rooms to Go! I am being ripped off by these people and will never purchase another thing here ever again, nor will I ever refer anyone here!! And now I am being constantly Harassed and being called numerous times a day by these nasty talking reps
