Rude Customer ServiceThe wrong couch was delivered then when they delivered the second couch it wasn't set up correctlyStill patiently waiting

I had changed my plans to accommodate repairsHowever, repair date has been postponed for another weeks
I purchased my sofa and rug at Rooms To Go in December of I was told that they would be delivered before the Christmas of They were not delivered until mid-January of 2018, basically more than a month after the date of purchase
I also purchased a 3-year additional warranty when purchasing the itemsI called for a technician to come and fix the stitches of the sofa in the beginning of May of I was told that the technician would arrive on May 26th, I have called in to update my physical address to better inform them, then I was told that the technician service must have been postponed to June 9th, due to change of addressI have clearly told them that I had only moved miles from my previous physical addressI have told them that I had changed my plans to accommodate them for their visit on May 26thHowever, they did not listen nor did they car

Here is my current situation with Rooms To Go, as of March 30, 2018:
We purchased a new bedroom set at Rooms To Go in Clermont FL, with a delivery date of Thursday March 9thOur furniture arrived promptly within our time frame, and they began to unbox our furniture and noticed our headboard was cracked, the drivers informed us they could not assemble the bed without the headboard, they told us they would be calling dispatch and they would contact us in about an hour to arrange delivery of a new headboard and for it to be assembled thenThe drivers said we would likely receive one the same day or the following day (Friday March 10), so we said that was no problemThey also took away our old bed for us, which we originally thought was fantastic, but our opinion quickly changed on that matterAbout minutes after the delivery truck left we received a call to arrange a delivery of a new headboard, we were told there was absolutely no way we would receive it same day, and that they would have to check about whether or not we could have it delivered the following dayWe received a second call telling us the truck for the following day was full and we would "maybe" be able to get it on Saturday, but it was more likely we would have to wait until Monday, the lady proceeded to tell us she was leaving for the day so someone else would call us to arrange a delivery for Saturday, no one ever called backI called myself on Friday (since they never called us back as they stated they would) and told the lady of our issue and she said we were scheduled for delivery on Saturday between 7am and 10pmI'm sorry but I have a job and cannot be home for hours straight over a mistake made on your partAt this point I'm livid, had the drivers not told me I would have a bed within a day then I would have not let them take my old bed so I would have somewhere to sleep, as I don't plan on putting a brand new $mattress on the floorI explain to the lady that the latest I can be home is until 3pm and then I have to leave for work, and that David would be home at 6:30pm, and there's no way we can have someone there in that time frame, so she tells me the next available date with a smaller time frame would be Wednesday the 15th, which would put us at having no bed for an entire week, which is absurdAfter I ask why it can't be on Monday (as the last person we talked to had said Monday was an option) she says they don't deliver to our area on Monday'sSo at this point I've had two separate people give me incorrect dates for a re-deliveryI again tell her I want me bed ASAP and so she goes ahead with the Saturday delivery, after I repeatedly state that I will absolutely have to leave my house by 3pmShe told me she would put in a request for the driver to call me when they are an hour away but even that wasn't guaranteedI stayed at my house all morning waiting on this possible delivery, then at 2pm when I still hadn't heard anything I, yet again, call the centerI tell the lady my entire ordeal and she explains that it would be anytime until 10pm, which I again say is absurd for thinking people can sit at home for hours straight, then I tell her I told the previously lady I absolutely had to leave my house by 3pm and she still put me in for this daySo she calls the truck driver to see how close they are and they are in my city but at a different house (at this point it's nearly 2:30) but coming to me next, so I tell her unless they are here before I will have to leave for work, and then I ask to speak to a supervisor because at this point I am completely fed up with the lack of customer service I've been receiving, and I tell the supervisor my entire story, yet again, and she herself calls dispatch and tells me the truck is en route to me now (its about 2:now) and would be there soon, I tell her again if they're not here by I will be leaving regardless if they've arrived or not and she still insists on sending themI get into my car at 3:and here pulls up the truck, I get out of my car, open my front door and take them to my broken headboard and tell them I have to leave in minutes or I will be late for work, so they grab my new headboard and tell me they can't set the bed up that quickly and I tell them that it doesn't matter I need to go to workI'm not going to incur disciplinary action at work due to a broken headboard, and tell them we will put it together ourselves, I have to workSo that evening David is putting the bed together and low and behold we are missing pieces, not just pieces, the the pieces that hold the support beam for the bed, so something that's completely necessary to the build of the bedAt this point, I'm not even surprisedSo I proceed to email customer service as I'm too livid to talk to them on the phone, and I have been in an email loop for over weeksOn March 14th I sent them a picture of my instruction diagrams with the missing

Poor quality furniture cleaning with their recommended cleaner ruined my furniture
My husband George and I ordered furniture from Rooms to Go on 11/9/ from salesperson Colleen L# XXXXXXWe thought it was quality leather furniture and Colleen assured us that any stains on the fabric would be covered under warranty for two years that they would come out and fix it free of charge She also gave us two bottles of Fabric cleaner and advised us not to use anything else to clean the furnitureI pre tested the cleaner on small spot on the furniture and everything seemed finethe On 522/I noticed a small streak on my loveseat I didn't know what caused the stain or where it came from but I got their cleaner and tried to dab a small amount of cleaner on the spot but unfortunately it made the spot worse/biggerI stopped immediately and since have been getting the run around from Rooms to Go They haven't come out to look at it we sent pictures,etcNow they are blaming the fabri

I went into the new local Rooms to Go Store with my nephew who lives with me and is going to college We picked out his first real bedroom set This was a gift for graduation from me We had it Scheduled to be delivered on 12/18/ The sales people at the store were fine but when it was time for the delivery, the people who delivered the furniture unwrapped all the bubble wrap and foaming in my yard Several pieces of the foam scattered into several neighbors yards not including my own and I had to pick it all up when I got home We have a second floor loft and my nephew resides in this loft The bedroom set was to be delivered and assembled in this loft While carrying the dresser up the stairs the delivery men hit the light fixure on my wall and the fixure is now completely detached and will need to be replaced This is a brand new home that was still under a one year warranty when this happened but damage as such is not covered under the builder one year warranty My ne

I purchased a console Loveseat on line , after delivery weeks later, Rooms to go went above and beyond to help me We did not like the Loveseat it was not wide enough for us to sit on and be comfortable Rooms to go exchanged it for a reclining sofa we gladly paid the difference Now we are so happy with our new furniture Rooms to go is a great place for furniture, with great customer service We will be back !

Repair attempted times with extended warranty problem still not resolved and warranty and your customer service keep passing it back and forth

I ordered a night stand and a dresser from Rooms to Go Even though the night stand was damaged the customer service experience was good Unfortunately, that was short lived while discussing a credit to be made for a damaged item with a Supervisor Michael on 10/07/ This was in reference to a replacement for the nightstand The replacement was in horrible condition, it was wrapped in a blanket, the bottom was destroyed and there were dents This was very upsetting since I had to schedule a four hour time slot to receive the itemI was transferred to Michael to receive a credit for the item which I advised the initial agent that I would keep since the company was incapable of providing an undamaged replacement Once he got over explaining to me what a credit meant he wanted to transfer me again to another agent Apparently he cannot give creditsBy then I was furious, spent time to receiv

Two purchases were made at the store with different dates and rooms to go credit card .One was made on February and the the other one on May , the one made one February was with my friend's credit card, and the one made on May/was with my credit card
They were running a promotion on the store to pay until for both purchases , and I have that information printed on both receipt
I received my first statement and they changed everything ...now the whole amount is in the same credit card , without my authorization or my friend's authorization ( different cards and SSN , not a couple , only friends ) , and now they also change the promotion type to months payment only!

We have just been delivered our second set of damaged furniture
I am not one to complain, but I could NOT be more disappointed in their products and service We were delivered our SECOND SET of messed up living room furniture We purchased three brown leather pieces - a sofa, a love seat, and a recliner All three items were delivered damaged We were understanding and scheduled a second delivery The second delivery ran late, and we weren't notified until minutes before their cut-off time They said they couldn't be at our home by pm, but they'd be there at pm pm?? NO They came out the next day and delivered YET ANOTHER SET OF DAMAGED FURNITURE WE ARE STILL STUCK WITH DAMAGED FURNITURE We have scheduled YET ANOTHER delivery, but they can't be here until April Will we ever get our furniture????? On December 12, we contacted Rooms To Go customer service deptto report a dent noticed in the BOTTOM portion of our king size mattress that was purchased 1/After speaking with one of the customer service reps we were scheduled for a technician to come out on December 22, The tech to a look and found that the mattress was in fact damaged and that because of the location of the damage and the extent of it, it would qualify for a replacement and customer service would contact us to schedule a delivery of a new mattress because the manufacturer warranty was still availableOn January 2, after hearing from no one we placed a call to Rooms To Go customer service and was told per their notes that a rep called and left message regarding the delivery on 12/28/2017; which was a LIEMoving forward we were then informed that we had to go into the actual store to select the new mattress and if we chose a mattress at a different price we would be responsible for the difference (no brainer)When we got to the store we were greeted and assisted by a sales rep named Mike, who then informed of the reason for us having to come into the store was because the mattress we originally purchased was discontinued for reasons unknownWe selected a new mattress, willingly accepting the difference in price but once the final invoice was drafted we were told of the $fee for the mattress to be restocked1st thought why would we be charged a restocking fee on a USED mattressWe asked to speak with the MOD and was given LanceHe then informed us that it was actually a disposal fee that the manufacturer charges Rooms To Go for having the mattress destroyedWe asked if that fee could be waived given the fact that the damage to the mattress was at no fault of ours but apparently poor quality in it's productionHe would not budge in willingness to remove the fee and bluntly said that it was not his call to make and that we would need to contact customer serviceSeeing that customer service was not a priority of his or Rooms To Go at large we dismissed this issue paid the difference in mattress cost along with the $disposal feeWe had a delivery scheduled date for 1/18/between the hours of 8am -12pmI am a working person as well as my husband so having this time set we had Jo choice but to have a scheduled off day from workAlso to make mention, I'm pregnant and sleeping another night on an uncomfortable mattress was NOT an option so the sooner the betterRight?!?
So today, 1/18/is the delivery date it's 9am and only after we make call to Rooms To Go customer service we're informed that due to weather conditions the delivery has been rescheduled for the following daySpeaking with Cynthia, a manager she offer no other resolution or compensation for yet another inconvenience or than having the delivery rescheduled for a week out being that we can not afford to take another day off to wait for a deliveryShe also informed us that the option of having the $fee (which she noted as a transportation fee) waived would be a the choice of the purchase storeHere in Georgia announcement of bad weather was given within a 2day notice and it would have made sense to be proactive with your customer service and deliveriesThe only resolution the manager provided was to make a call to the store of purchase to see if there was an option of us picking up the mattress and dropping off the old oneYet have we received any updates
I have made purchases with Rooms To Go for over years but this by far has taken the cakeWithin all of my purchases there have been issues whether being missing furniture pieces, broken pieces and discolored piecesNever will I make a purchase again nor will I recommend their business to anyone

I bought in July/the sofa SKU# XXXXXXXX with the order number XXXXXXXXAnd now it is brokenI filed a claim with Rooms To Go in 12/26/and just in 2/16/the technician came to my home to evaluate the sofa and just re-attached the wood trimI explained to him that it is not possible re-attach the trim because it is broken in both screw positions due to the wood trim is weak

I received defective furniture from Room to Go 12/4/I was advised that I would have to wait additional week for new furnitureDefective furniture was left in middle of floor along with trash from boxI advised supervisor of urgency to have furniture for weekend and they wouldn't offer solution or creditThe supervisor advise credit was issued for delivery and no other credit could be offered for inconvenience of receiving defective furniture, my house left a mess and being without table for another week
