Deceptive Sales Practices and Horrible Customer Service

The delivery of the furniture was incorrect three twice And customer service was unhelpful There was nothing done to correct any of this
I ordered a loft/bunk bed set in Greenville SC I was told the pieces would be delivered in separate deliveries I agreed The sales person at the Greenville location said the loft bed could be put together in two pieces and that it could be put together and used in between the separate delivery times This was not trueI had to wait until the second delivery to use the beds I waited The second delivery came but did not have all the pieces in order to put the whole piece together I was called by customer service I told them this was not ok They didn't want to help They over nighted the parts but I had to call the company back to set up time to put the furniture together The company should have called me They wanted to have me wait another week This is unacceptable The customer service lady said she would call me back

Rooms To Go is a Joke! They don't care about complaints! How have they been in business for years?
First issue, I ordered the Whittington bedroom set on July I chose a delivery dat, and was then told that the drawer chest would't be able to be delivered until a later dateI was charged $for the first delivery, and $for the drawer chest deliverAs I read through the many negative comments, I see that a lot of people were charged a second delivery feeHow, and why do I have to pay for a second delivery fee, whether it bee $0r $1.00, when I ordered everything togetherPlease explainIt is not my fault that they don't have certain things in stock, if ot is displayed on the show room floor, that tells me that you have it to sell!
Secondly, I returned o RTG and ordered an additional night standThe delivery team, for whatever reason was not allowed onto the military installation, and gave me some BS story about leaving the paperwork in another truck

Purchased stain protection plan for my furniture and they are refusing to uphold the guarantee of cleaning or replacement
In 2014, I purchased an living room setand was recommended to buy the "Forcefield Protection" which was supposed to guard against stains from foods and beverage The warranty stated, from the sales person amd website, if rooms to go cannot get the stain removed they will replace the unit or have it reupholsteredI called to get them to get some water stains left from the cleaner they provide in March 2016, but the technician said the stain was "unremovable" and I would be contacted about replacement for the sofa A Rooms to Go costumer representative contacted me a week later and said I would have to hire a professional cleaner and pay out of pocket,b then they would come spray the "forcefield" again

The delivery driver hit our mailbox and Rooms to Go refuses to pay a fair replacement price

Defective living room set recliner
I purchased a living room set in February It's a real nice set, however, I am having issues with the reclinerWhenever I put the recliner down, instead of it closing easily, I actually have to "backwards kick" the foot rest to close the reclinerI contacted Room To Go in July and they sent out a service tech in August He did some adjustments to it and it was somewhat better, but not 100% I was in a Rooms To Go store on March 3, and was able to try out other recliners at the store and none did as mine I spoke with the sales associate about the problem with mine and she said I should contact customer service, that it was hardly a year old and I should not be having problems with it I contacted customer service on March 5, and they told me there was nothing that they could do That the year factory warranty had expired I explained that it had been less than a year since the service tech had been out and still ha

I'm very unhappy with Rooms To Go living room furniture Three months after receiving the furniture , the recliners began to break/malfunction The first service call I requested, the technician sat on the loveseat in need of repair, never looked at the actual frame or mechanicians He left saying the loveseat was fine A short time later, two more recliners broke When customer service finally came out to "repair" the furniture, the technician did look @ the mechanics of the furniture, took pictures and left advising I would hear from customer service Two weeks after that appointment I had not heard from customer service, so called only to be advised it was determined not to be manufacturing defects, but heavy usage I've only had this furniture one year, how much "heavy usage" could there be? Rooms to Go has refused to replace or repair So much for customer satisfaction
