salesman didn't informed us to call office if we had a stain on material, but the Josh in customer service did
We put a chemical that they supplied on the chairThen it got dark and my husband put a blower dryer on chair, hoping to dry itInstead it burned materialBesides there is a stain on the wood where you would sit
I've called numerous times and they say,"We're not responsible." The problem is I did pay for the chairs to be treatedThen why didn't the liquid roll off instead of being absorbed into the material?
After reviewing my policy of my day terms, I feel that you basically robbed me! My salesman and your staff told me that I had a payment of $and I made that payment on time and some every single monthI just made my final payment being earlier than the day stated and had to pay extra than what was owedOver $extra, or if we want to get real over thousands extraYou are snakes and t ou need to learn what proper sales are about when dealing with someone who actually meets the payments on time and goes above and beyond to make sure they pay before the date that was stated to themI will NEVER do business with you again! After several delivery issues was promised a $credit after speaking with Josh Sin corporate and it never happened
I received my first delivery that was supposed to include a bedroom set, sofa and chair on Dec24th 2015, however, the sofa was damaged and did not come off the delivery truckI was told RTG would be contacting me to set up another delivery but did not hear from them so called and set up another sofa deliveryShortly after that call I noticed some issues with the chair: a bare, rusty metal area on the side where the label had fallen off, brown smudges that would not wipe off, and a large scratch down the middle of one of the metal legsI called back to have another chair delivered and was told it would have to be separate from the sofa deliveryThe sofa was delivered without any issuesThe next chair arrived on Janbut was not acceptable as it had large indents down the side and arm, and scratched/smudged leatherI set up another delivery and discussed
I purchased a piece leather set in that started peeling shortly after a yearIt was also defected because it kept separating as well!

We next called customer service at Rooms To Go and were told by Mario there was nothing that could be done after years and that he did not care about our situationWhen we asked him if we could speak to some one else, his response was there is no one else to talk to

I ordered a child's bed months ago The first bed delivered had a crack in the wood frame and the backboard was ripping off of the headboard We told them of the discrepancies and did not accept the full completion of the order All notes were written in the delivery log Customer service offered to keep a partial bed there and bring a new part at a later date When the second headboard section was delivered it had deep scratches along the entire side of the headboard We did not accept the damaged furniture, requested another delivery and logged the complaint to the delivery log Our third delivery, we were told, was being expedited and inspected by a quality assurance representative prior to loading it on the truck for delivery This part arrived with a damaged corner about inches long and damage along the side that was about inches lon

I ordered a beautiful bedroom suit for my grandsons, it was supposed to have been delivered 8/21/between 10a-2p At 335pm my daughter in law called and stated the delivery truck was on our driveway (pretty long drive) but it had hit a wire and they were out taking pictures (old phone wire) I received a call from RTG at 347pm asking if I could see the delivery driver I told them no I couldn't that they had backed up and left(With my furniture still on the truck) This guy asked me if I had a truck that we could meet the driver at the beginning of our drive to load the furniture on I told him yes we did He was going to call the delivery guys and have them turn around and bring my furniture back 1-1/hrs later after not hearing anything I called RTG back and was told by Christine? "Ma'am our delivery guys had to go to another delivery" She could not give me a time that my furniture would be delivered I asked her to have someone call me back to let me know when they would be back No one ever called I call back this morning and was told I would have to wait hrs for the furniture to be put BACK in the warehouse before my account would be unlocked in order to get a new delivery date and time Very poor customer service I should have had a NEW delivery date given to me yesterday instead of now playing a waiting game I will never purchase from RTG again, and I will tell everyone I know what a bad experience I had

I bought a living room set 4/for a vacation rental in FL - I live in MississippiI drove hours the morning of the delivery 5/only to be called hours after the furniture was scheduled to be delivered to be told that it was not going to be delivered that day due to delivery truck was broken downI was offered ONE CHOICE - a delivery the next day - which is a SUNDAY and MOTHER's DAY!!! I told the customer representative that I do not live in FL and had to drive homeI offered to pick the furniture up myself but she kept repeating that my only choice was a next day delivery!!!
