Delivered wrong sofa Making it very difficult to return and get my money back
First, they give a delivery window, which is not a window It is a suggestion or courtesy as they say I purchased a sofa 12/18/ Set to deliver morning of 12/31/ They are running late, and I can not wait Miss delivery
Reschedule for 1/21/ They deliver the wrong sofa Try to get right one delivered, but it is out of stock Give me hassle about returning, getting my money back Sofa delivered was cheaper and not even the same model I purchased
Now trying to get them to pick up the sofa, but they want me to miss work and sit at home to wait for them I live by myself, no close family Can not afford to take off from work more for them I have asked for a smaller time frame, and they refuse to give it

Had a problem with a sofa cushion and was told a replacement would be shipped out
I Purchase a couch a little over a year ago I noticed that one of the couch cushions started coming apart at the seam I called Rooms to go customer service and they stated that a replacement cover would be shipped to a tech to come out and replace it A few weeks go by and I call again They stated that the parts department will ship one out soon I waited a few weeks and called again The customer service rep stated that she will contact the parts department and will call me back This has been going around and around with customer serviceI do not believe anything is being done to ship the cushion cover out
Purchased mattress have ended up with or more not exactly sure diffrent mattresses due to defects
After the purchase of the first mattress we went back into the store and said that we would pay for a upgrade because we didn't want to get a new one every few weeksI didn't have a problem paying for the upgradeBut my issue is after two of those mattresses having the same issuesWe went back to the store to see what we could doWell they no longer make that mattress and the next compairable mattress was another dollar upgradeAt this point as many as issues we had the company should have let us get that mattress without having to pay a second upgrade feeIt isn't the customers fault that it isn't made any longerThen when we paid the upgrade we had to have two mattress brought out because the first and second mattress where delivered dirtyAfter calling the store several times and complaining about lost time at work to wait for the numerous mattresses I asked for a refun

Issue with product Customer service lack of empathy and refusal to resolve issue
Upon receiving a sofa sectional from Rooms To Go on August 29th, within weeks of having the product a family member who feel asleep on the sectional woke up feeling something biting her and noticed bites in a consecutive pattern,indictative of bed bug bites Upon calling corporate head quarters of Rooms To Go , I spoke with Alex, Alexis-supposedly a supervisor, and Giovanni/a, who was quite rude We were told that they will not remove the product they will not reimburse for the product and we must handle the issue on our ownGiovanni/a was quite adamant in stating that the bed bugs are not from their warehouses Nor from their delivery trucks and they must have come from someone in our householdWe have lived in this house for years and prior to that my father owned this house and lived in this house for yearsWe have never had an issue with bed bugs or bites from sitting on OR falling
When my table was delivered and put together it didn't the men that put it together didn't drill a 4th hole for the table to sit on correctly

I ordered two night stands on July 3, 2018, I was told the furniture would be delivered on July 11, between the hours of 1pm-5pmI received a call at 1:saying the driver was running behindAt 4:I tried to call the number that had called me but got no answerAt five I went on web for a live chat while on my phone trying to get inforI asked for ordered to be cancelled and I'm still waiting my moneyIt's July and I'm still waiting on some one to return my money

Poor Workmanship & Design flaws in purchase dining table caused easy Damage and RTG Customer Service is not replacing or fixing it
