Rooms to Go customer service is completely lacking On 11/11/we purchased a loft bed through online sales (order #XXXXXXXi) for $ A delivery was set for 11/16/ Seeing as this was a birthday gift for my daughter, I took time off and stayed at my house for the allotted hour window that was provided When the delivery arrived, the delivery drivers started unboxing the pieces, and as each piece came out, there was a break to it The only viable piece to this entire order was the dresser The drivers left the dresser and I immediately called customer service They were semi-cordial, but we finally were able to make arrangements to have a new set delivered on 11/20/ They were unsure of a time, but were supposed to call me and set one up since the lady I was dealing with was leaving for the day after our callI did not hear anything so on 11/I called customer service and spoke with someone about the delivery time

Extended Warranty Claim declined Even though the problem clearly is due to a manufacturing defect
We purchased a formal dining set with chairs and breakfast table/chair set from ROOMS TO GO on Feb We paid more than $for both sets and purchased a 3-year extended warranty for the setsWithin years of the purchase the dining chairs seats' faux leather started peeling off and one of the breakfast chair base came off from the frame

Sofa needs professional cleaning to get staining out

A technician from customer care came to my home on 10/06/16, to see the sofa that has a tear in the chaise piece under the sofa and also staining that will not come out
This furniture was treated to repel staining, however, the stains won't come out

He was rude, giving me dirty looks and condensending, speaking down to me

We purchased a bedroom suite over a year ago, and unfortunately the warranty has run out, but, I have had to have it repaired twice since purchased

Poor service, product quality and ignored request for partial refund
On 10/26/I bought a power recliner chair delivered on 11/01/to my apartmentThe chair was missing the power cord so a replacement had to be ordered
After waiting a couple of weeks the replacement arrivedA tech was sent to the apartment to look at the unit and try and fix itHe found out the motor was malfunctioning so he requested another oneI am still waiting for it and when delivered I have to call Room To Go to arrange for the tech to return and install it

I was also told by the seller at the store that the recliner was under warranty against stains and other mishaps without going into detail leading me to believe it was while I owned the chair

Very poor delivery experience
Roomstogo delivered a couch to us on Tuesday October 11, We had a delivery time of 12-4pm Despite charging a hefty delivery fee, the rooms to go staff did not show up until an hour after the stated delivery time causing great inconvenience since we kids in daycare and after school care This cost me extra money in afterschool care fees
When they did finally show up the staff were rude, and seemed like they did not want to be at work They offered no apology for being late, and acted like they could not care any less They trampled dirty all over my floor, and left a scuff mark on my wall, requiring me to spend a half hour cleaning the floor and touching up paint on the wall They carelessly handled the furniture, so thankfully they didn't not damage it other than a stain To make things worse they refused to set the sofa up, leaving me to do it myself

Delivery windows of time STINK!
So much for 'same day delivery.' I got a window of delivery time as 'AM to PM.' Nobody can tell me anything more specific CS says maybe they will call me prior to arriving, maybe they won't If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought from them

Replacement slipcovers ordered in September, still haven't received anything and no update from customer service
I ordered replacement slipcovers for two sofas and one chair/ottoman set that were previously purchased from Rooms to Go The order was placed in September 2016, check was cashed days later, and I was told it could take up to days to receive days, passed and I was told could take up to days passed, and was told could be up to days We are now in mid-February (months later) and customer service is not giving us a straight answer, has no update on when slipcovers will be arriving, refuses to let us speak to a manager, or anyone who can escalate the issue with the parts department After spending nearly $for slipcovers, we could at least be given the courtesy of a callback with an update At this point, I doubt I would even be able to get our money back if we tried to cancel the order I just want the slipcovers so we can update our couch
