We ordered new bedroom furniture for my son on 01/17/and they day of delivery was supposed to be 02/13/ We had gotten rid of my sons bed the same morning expecting our furniture to be delivered and able to properly be put together Delivery people were fine but they could not put bed together because of missing piecesMy son had nowhere to sleep until they could get it delivered on 02/18/which required me to miss workWhen I called customer support on the 18th I was treated rudely and as if no big deal and told I couldn't return it if delivery could not be made promptlyDue to my experience I will never buy from Rooms to Go again nor will I recommend themI was in the market to buy living room furniture as well and I will now be buying that somewhere elseNo one made any effort to compensate us for loss of work time, my son having to sleep on the floor, or stress from the situationI bought bedroom furniture from you guys years ago and that's why I came backYou have lost me as a customer due to very poor customer service

Delivery Driver is a liar and Alesha of Corporate is another liar

This is the worst company for service I ordered a part for a dresser drawer, paid by check on July 1st I have spoken to several people over this time including a manager who called me back almost a month ago and was going to keep me updated on tracking down the part So much for keeping me updated!
I'm hoping the corporate office is able to view this as I will be putting out other negative messages in hopes that other people will stop buying because of the pathic service I have received I will also be filing a Revdex.com complaint

The worst company EVER!!! They sold me a Harbour City Monterey Bay Gray sectional sofa but didn't tell me that it would fit right only as displayed in their showroomThey only delivered pieces out of the they were supposed to deliver (one being the wrong one), and another were to come at a later dateThe sectional fits wrong with one peace having a higher back than the othersI requested a fix but the store manager said they can't that the sofa is made this wayBut he agreed to a refund after pick up of the pieces they deliveredBeing the end of the year I needed to wait over days for any pick upOnce the delivery guys came to pick up the items, they said their order only specified one pieceSo I was left stuck with the secondThe delivery guys came at 8:00a.m., and everyone I spoke with at their helpless customer service department said no one can do anything until the store opens up (at 10:00a.m.)So if you have a job to go to, and bills to pay, and a life to have, you are now at the mercy of RTG (store)I demanded immediate escalation, but again, the next higher up does not make it to the office until past 11:00a.mSo if you enter in any sort of transaction with RTG, you are held hostage unable to get an effective resolution right awayEveryone bounces you to the other, until the store opens upAnd local stores have no one to answer to or report to for accountabilitySuch failures will go unreported and customers will be left to fend for themselvesWorst company EVER!!!

I purchased a new Tempur Pedic mattress on May 16, for $and the mattress was not delivered until May 23, My complaint is simply that it was not sproperly and when I called to complain; I was asked to wait another week before someone would be dispatched to rectify the problemHad I been made aware that customer service would be this inconsiderate, I would not have purchased the mattress from this companyI am not able to return the mattress for a refund since the contract only alows forty-eight hours from the purchase date to return the itemI find this practice to be unfair to the consumer as we are unaware of the product condition until it arrives at our location and can judge the usability of the item purchasedNo matter how good a product is if it does not function properly its worthless

I haven't got the refund from Room to Go
I ordered a bedroom set, sofa, and love seat from Room-(RTG) on 1/25/2018, and paid a delivery fee of $plus tax to RTG for delivery which was scheduled on 2/3/On the delivery day, RTG delivery men made damages that included several dents and scratches on my wood floor and wallOn 3/8/2018, RTG representative (Keith Harrison) contacted me, assigned a case number (XXXXXXX) to this incident, and said to refund me the delivery fee instead of fixing the damagesI agreedBut till now I have not received the refundI called his number (that Keith Harrison gave me) several times to see what was going on, no body picked up the phone; I left messages, nobody call me backAs a RTG's customer, I really felt frustrated

I just want to let Rooms to Go know how very unhappy I am with the treatment of a customer who spent a good deal of money in their storeStarting with having someone load obviously broken furniture on the truck to be delivered to my house (which after reading these reviews, seems to be standard procedure for Rooms to Go), to then having no one contact me to right the situation and get out a new delivery out ASAP, to then AGAIN having no one contact me to let me know that the furniture wouldn't be delivered on the day I was told they would try to deliver itHaving to have my kids sleep on the ground for weeks because of your mistake is outrageous
I will never again buy furniture from your company ever, and will let all of my friends know how poorly you treat your customers, and to go elsewhere
