Supervisor lied to me and when I called to talk to another supervisor, refused to play the recorded conversation we had to prove I was right
Bought furniture in October, haven't received my RTG cc yet, got my first bill in DecemberOnly after I called and complained, even though they had my address wrong and waived the 1st fee, charged me another late fee, called and spoke to a supervisor who said he would waive fee, when I got my Febuary bill, wasn't waivedCalled again, she said the note said he wouldn't waive fee even though he said he would, asked her to play the recorded coversarion, which all calls are recorded per the voice when u 1st call customer serviceShe called me a liar basicallyNot happy at all, all of this over a $late feeTotally ridiculous

When I received my furniture the delivery guys scratched up my brand new front doorI have contacted rooms to go several timesThey do not respond

We buy bedroom sets , matresses, dinner and living room set on At today we had to replace the matressses timesEvery time we call so they can measure the matress they indicate they are defectiveThey sent me to the store to get replacements but never have any equivalent so we had to pay extraThis time they went to far and on top of the xtra on the value they want to charge $additional for restocking fee and 'transfer ? for a matress that is $new and they already indicate was defectiveEvery year I have to replace all matress and that mean more xtra money because they never have the same and is always more moneyI call corporate and spoke 1st to Kelly she was rude and indicate I have to sucked and pay the fee or keep the old one I request a manager and she pass the phone to aparently her best friend because Marisol was worseShe told me is nobody on top of me and is nothing I can do it is what it isThis is a healthy issue, aparently there are sending us

ON 04/21/my wife and I placed and order,we bought furniture from ROOMS TO GO WITH A TOTAL OF $same amount charged to my checking account.Order with the next items:nightstand,gentlemans chest,7-piece dresser and a 5-piece bed...after spending several hours at the store my wife and I decided to purchase this furniture;ready to pay salesperson asked for my E-SIGNATURE TWICE...he said I needed to sigh just for the receipt,after signing he gave us the paper work on the 2nd sheet it says that I read and agree to terms and conditions and dispute,AND OF COURSE HE NEVER DID EXPLAIN ANY OF THIS TO ME OR MY WIFE(FIRST ISSUE) OUR SECOND ISSUE IS TODAY ;THE DELIVERY DATE(04/27/2016)WE PAID $FOR DELIVERY AND SETUP
THEY PROMISE TO US PROMPT DELIVERY,THEY ASSURED TO US THAT THE FURNITURE WILL BE HANDLED WIT CARE FROM THE MANUFACTURER UNTIL IT WAS PLACED IN OUR HOME....OUR SWEET HOME

I tried to cancel an order prior to it being delivered, or put on the truckPer RTG policy I should get a refund, they refused

on 4/14/I requested and paid for replacement pieces for a console table and still have not received them mos later
on 4/14/I received the form to request replacement parts for my console table I ordered leg and bottom shelf for this piece of furniture I paid $(check was written from my mother *** *** I have been waiting months and still have not received the replacement parts When I called the other day, they could barely find what I was talking about, but were able to find the $cashed check Customer Service did follow up today as promised but told me they checked in with parts and STILL have no answer to give me

Rooms To Go has a horrible customer service departmentThey are not helpful and extremely rude when you have a concern or issueThey delivered a power recliner without the motor unitWhen I called to discuss the issue, they responded with the part will be shipped out overnight and if I couldn't install it, cal them and they would send a technicianThese people are crazy! It's been over a week, we still haven't seen a technicianThey have so many people sub contracted out for their work, they don't know what's going on from one department to anotherThey contract their deliveries with another company here in NCThey don't uphold their delivery time and then act like it's the customers fault if they just happen to show up for a delivery and you are not waiting for them! Horrible company all the way around!! Rude, non-professional compant at its best! Don't waste your time and

I bought two big items from RTGOne was a bunk bed with a Futon on the bottom and the other was a dining room setWe waited just over a week for delivery on 5/the hrwindow was a disaster; then when we finally receive our furniture the delivery man claimed the bed was missing parts and that we would receive a call pushing us to sign the delivery papers so he can leavethe dining room set had two DINGED chairs and the table which is supposed to be expandable had a piece of broken wood with the hinge hanging off it making it impossible to expand the tableI called customer service on this issue and they were completely unapologetic and simply said they would put in an order for the new pieces on the bed and for two new chairs and a new table to be delivered on 5/I was told the pieces for the bed would come in separate package and to call a technician once we got them so they can install the rest of the bedWhen we finally

So called "leather" sofa and recliner I purchased is not made of real leather, instead some cheap materials It is peeling and look horrible
I purchased my leather sofa and recliner in December 2012, order number XXXXXXX When sale representative sold me the leather sofa and recliner, the sale representative stressed how great quality of the leather products they offer/carry They offered lifetime warranty on leather and there is also this unlimited supply of specialty leather cleaner I can obtain in the store and apply toward the set I know I take great care of my stuff because I bought them with my hard earn money and even with that kind of sales pitch, I also bought the additional warranty against any defect just in case
There is nothing to show about the leather sofa and recliner After it started peeling, it look very clear how these were made and to me it is just a very thin leathery looking plastic coating over some type of foam material

An hour later I get a call from "Anita" who leaves me a message to please call her back I do so immediately and get into a recorded message maze finally getting the option to leave a message that hangs up on meI did this times until I gave up worried that something was wrong on my order I went on line to see if they could resolve whatever the issue was the online chat folks traced the phone number to the warranty service dept and said not to worry over it the order was in place and that I would get my confirmation e-mail within hours
I called again this morning to the number they left and reached "Anita" and shared my frustration over the lack of information in her message and she said that's our "rules" and we don't change them for a customerI almost cancelled my order and went to the store
This experience was very frustrating and could easily be improved should they choose to do so
I share my frustration so that Rooms to Go would consider:
1) perhaps doing their survey AFTER the experience is completed (not when you place the order) as my responses would NOT be the same
2) tell you that the confirmation e-mail won't be there for as long as hours
3) follvia e-mail on warranty offers rather than phone hmmm I ordered ONLINE not on the phone
4) if you leave a phone message, leave the reason you are calling so the customer doesn't panic
5) fix your phone maze giving options that actually WORK
6) truly listen to your customer if you want them to order online
For me, I wish I had gone to the store and dealt with someone in person in the first place and will likely not order through their online system again

Delivering furniture at 10pm is unacceptable and not being able to cancel the delivery b/c you are running late is also unacceptable

After applying they make you call to complete the application at which point they tell you, that you are approved but cant make purchases for days until you get you card in the mailThe sale is for less than a weekAnd obviously ending before you can use the cardThere fore making it impossible ever qualify for the offerOf course by know they already ran your credit and you are stuck with their card

Rooms to Go is refusing to honor their fabric protection service plan/warranty that we paid for

Faulty product that was purchased less than 1yr
