Furniture delivered on a Tuesday They refused to put the table together Called customer service same day, about 6pm, and they told me they would have the driver turn around and install it since they deliver until 9pm Heard nothing back Called about 7:30pm CST, but customer service was closed as of 8pm EST Called Wednesday morning and found out they couldn't get the driver out, because he had finished for the day They said they would try to get someone out that day Spoke with delivery manager that morning who said he would try to get someone out that afternoon He called that afternoon to say they couldn't get someone out because the routes were done Scheduled for Thursday at 4:30pm I called customer service at 4:40pm, because no one showed up They said they only saw it was scheduled for Thursday, but no specific time Received call later that day and found out they couldn't come out I called customer service and the delivery manager Friday morning Delivery manager said he could have someone out at 4:30pm that day Told him we couldn't be home then, but 6pm would work He said no one could deliver then I told him I will be home all day Saturday He said that would be perfect, and they will be there between 9am and 11am No one showed up Called customer service They can't get anyone out until next Wednesday to install, meanwhile I have no dining table I decide to just cancel and have them pick it up, but during the weekdays I can't pick a time, so they may show up when I'm not home I can't get them to install the table, and I can't get them to pick it up I will only be refunded once they are able to get the table, and who knows when that will be The manager could do nothing for me Very frustrating I've bought all my furniture from them, but I will never purchase from Rooms to go again because of this I'll take my business elsewhere

My wife has waited three days in a row waiting from am to pm to get a dresser delivered and it has not been delivered have been on the phone over an hour trying to get a manager to get this cleared up and no one will come to the phone

I will start this review saying if it was possible to have negative stars they would be receiving itI am a long time customer of Rooms To Go, most of my home is RTG furnitureTwo couches, Two beds, two mattresses, a dining room table, and a bar tableFrom that list you can see if have spent several thousands of dollars with this company
On Tuesday December 5th, at roughly 8:am Rooms To Go arrived to deliver a bedI was out of the house but my sister was home to receive the delivery since it was her bed on her account they were deliveringI pulled up to my house at roughly 8:- 8:am to find that the Rooms To Go truck was blocking my drive wayI parked my car half in my yard and half in the road about two car links behind the truck to ensure that had enough roomThe delivery went just fine the issue arrives when they were leaving
As I was sitting in my front office I saw the truck had began to back out, I went back to workI heard a crunching sound and looked out the window again to see the truck now pulling forward, which they should have done to begin with instead of trying to back out of my neighborhoodI grabbed my keys and ran out into my yard to see the truck continuing to pull away and that the front of my car was now damaged
I ran to the front road that they would have to drive on to get out of our neighborhood where the drove past me regardless of me yelling for them to stop that they hit my carLuckily for me when they got to the stop sign to leave my neighborhood there was traffic so they were unable to leaveThe driver FINALLY got out of the truck and asked if I had an issueI informed him that he hit my car, which he already knew because he decided to drive forward after hitting it! The driver then told me he didn't know if he hit it, it's possible that it was already like thatI then pointed out to him that the glass is on the road and the damage is much to high for a car to have done that damageThe driver then decided he would not say if he did or did not hit my car
I contacted the police and received a police report for a hit and runI then contacted Rooms to go in several different ways and they are now telling me they will not assume responsibility for the damageI am now a new mom, with a damaged car that I do not feel safe driving my newborn around inI have contacted a lawyer as well as working with the police again to reopen then hit and run case due to the evidence we do haveAll I asked was help for the deductible for the damage that the company did to my carThey are not helpful or honest in any form of the wordsI would not recommend working with this company at all! I am now working to get the furniture that was delivered that day returned because if they can not do the right thing I would like to take my business else where, and not give them anymore moneyThey have taken enough of mine dishonestly as it is
