I bought a couch and have had several problems and technicians out three times Couch is not even a year old, this is unacceptable

RTG failed to deliver non defective furniture as promised when purchased.I paid for deliver and also and they are refusing to meet that contract also

Here is another if I could give them less than one star I would review We ordered a leather sectional on November It was back ordered which was fine as we wanted to have flooring installed before delivery The sectional was delivered today Two of the pieces would not connect I was unable to communicate with the delivery crew, so really not able to resolve anything through them I called "Customer Care."(quotations very purposely used.) Their suggestion was that I go ahead and receive the damaged "New" sectional and have a technician come out and repair it I'm sorry, but if I am paying over $for a piece of furniture, I expect it to not need repairs I was also told that in order to make any adjustments, or receive a refund I would have to contact the store Or they could order another sectional that would be delivered sometime in February This is December 15, and we have already disposed of our previous furniture Upon calling the store, for the majority of the conversation I was speaking to who I believe to be the receptionist while the manager called to delivery dispatch to try to figure out what the issue wasAgain, communication problems So now, we are without furniture Unsure if or when we can even get anything, and told that they can't do anything in terms of a refund until Monday Oh, and in addition, the delivery crew was dragging pieces across the floor, and new laminate is now scratched in several places I really hope this can be resolved soonI'd like to trust them with our business, but am so disappointed at this point
