Purchased living room group including power sofa, power loveseat and recliner which were delivered 3-7-from Rooms-To-Go- The Woodlands, interstate 45, The Woodlands, Texas We were initially inclined to go with a standard manual glider on both the sofa and the loveseatThe salesman (Michael MJr.) assured us that the power option was well worth the extra cost and had excellent reliabilityI specifically asked how long the electrical components would last and was assured these typically gave 5+ years of serviceIn the event of failure, it would be easy to get service from RTG or parts if a customer was mechanically inclined

We have been long time Rooms to Go customers This has been the WORST experience that we have ever had with this company June we had a bed and adjustable frame delivered When delivered they cut the leather frame, left it with the head and foot in the upright position with a huge gap between the pieces of the frame and not able to lower either as well as broke the welding on our canopy on our bed The delivery guys told me to call and report it all and that a service tech would come out and take care of everything They even stood up on the new bed to look at the canopy I immediately called the customer service line and reported ALL of this They arranged for a service tech to come out and "fix everything I even called the local store where we made the purchase and spoke with someone named Joanie Lee who I told this all to When the tech arrived he said he could not fix the ca

I was approved for financing for Rooms To Go furniture through Synchrony BankI have paid my bill every single month and in some cases twice in one monthI started receiving collection calls in decI answered and although confused I settled the situationI asked her to look back through the months and she verified that I had never missed a payment and that I had indeed paid a few times twice within a monthI asked her why I was being charged months of late fees then, and why am I just hearing about itShe told me that the times I paid my bill early or twice in one month did not count towards my bill cycleHere it is May and for the past weeks I have been receiving calls a day (of which I have chosen not to answer becasue it is so stressful and I was graduating and had finals) I know its going to be the exact conversation I had in Dec and I know I have also been paying my bill every monthLong story Short, since it is interest free financing,

The store takes no responsibility for orders placed online and the online customer service support takes no responsibility for orders placed that are 3rd party vendor items The interesting thing is that they don't tell you upfront what is a 3rd party vendor item I have not received the lamp to date, was told I would get a refund and its been two weeks and no refund
