I purchased a sofa in December It was delivered damaged
In December, I purchased a sofa with R2G I paid in full for it, no line of credit was used Delivery date was scheduled and when they left after delivery, I discovered a gash in my sofa I immediately called customer service and told them This was about minutes after the sofa was delivered
I new sofa was scheduled for the following week When it was delivered, the frame was broke It was sent back
Another delivery was scheduled This delivery never showed up
Another deliver was scheduled for yesterday Again, there was a problem The sofa material was damaged on the back side of the sofa similar to what is the condition to what is in my condo Therefore, that sofa was denied too
That was my FOURTH attempt to correct a problem that I've had since December
I am a customer that has paid for a product, and almost four months later, I'm still waiting for a good quality product

customer purchased and secured credit from rooms to go the furniture was delivered was told that he would recve billing information in mail when didnt recve contacted rooms to go and was given the wrong bank infosent payment and bank wont refund the payment..after numerous calls and faxing of money order that was cashed by them..customer recved incorrect bank info and has a late payment on his credit and the synchrony bank wont refund his monies

I placed my order on 8/28/ The soonest delivery date I could select was 10/2/ According to company policy, the furniture would arrive within days of the selected date, so therefore, no later than 10/16/ I was told my furniture would arrive on 10/7/between 11am an 3pm At 1:00pm, the driver called me and said they were "running a little bit behind" and could not make it to my house until 2pm-6pm I told them this was unacceptable, as I was in a wedding at 3pm and had no one to sit at my house for the delivery The driver said "that is why the time is not guaranteed" While I understand that an exact time cannot be given, hours is abig enough window to be able to get my order to me on time The driver said he would have someone from customer service call me to reschedule the delivery to another date No one ever called me I contacted customer service on 10/and was told that they cannot reschedu
