On feb 18, I went to buy furniture from rooms to go outlet in clearwater my total bill was 987.98$, I asked the sales rep: Jeanne Pfor finance my bill to built credit, she sent me to acceptancenow company inside the store (same location, I agreed with Acceptancenow to pay my bill within daysThe Rep: Samule P., told me that he will sent me the agreement #fkXXXXXX by email, which is never happened, months later after paying 300$ deposit on the same day feb 18, 2017, and monthly payment of 135.85$, I called acceptancenow to ask why you are still asking me to pay moneythe manager Michael Ssurprise me by saying that we are not financing company, and you signed agreement # FKXXXXXX that you are renting the furniture and you still owe us months payment of 135.85$

The mattress foundation I bought and was shown in the store is not the mattress foundation that was delivered
On 3/10/I purchased a full bed, night stand, full mattress, full mattress foundation, full mattress cover and full bedding (Order #'s XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX) from Veronica BThe order was delivered on 3/13/The problem is the mattress foundation I bought and was shown in the store is not the mattress foundation that was deliveredUpon contacting the store (calls back and fourth) I was told that the foundation delivered was the foundation for the mattress that I had purchased and there is a no return policy and if I wanted the foundation that I was shown at the time of purchase I would need to pay $moreSo in the end I was sold one thing at the time of purchase, they delivered something different and now there is a no return policy and if I want what I originally was sold I need to pay more

Customer service representative by the name of Miranda very rudely called her a little bratMy wife asked to speak to a supervisor by the name of Chris and nothing was resolved
We have been sleeping on our sofas because Rooms To Go asked for the old bedroom set to be removed
This is outrageous and nobody seems to be making any reasonable effort to solve this matterAfter we spent a lot of money you would assume they would take care of customers, however, I feel completely unappreciated at this momentI never imagined I'd be having this horrible experience
