After of view days of visiting your Wesley Chapel, FL location and working closing with a wonderful, patient, and helpful sales associate (Margaret/Margarita) made the decision today to make my few thousand dollar living room set purchase with Rooms To Go mostly because of the level of service provided by your associate as she is the face of your company and I like to work with good companiesCalled to place the order and the sales associate (Margaret/Margarita) whom had been thoroughly working with me is not in the next couple daysYour Wesley Chapel, FL Rooms To Go manager Kevin informed me that I could not make my purchase and had to wait a few days in order for your sales associate to return so that she would receive the commission she worked for OR the only other option was to speak with another sales associate on the floor there now and they would get Margaret/Margarita's commission instead of it going to her OR WAIT A FEW DAYS FOR HER TO RETURN TO MAKE MY PURCHASEYour floor manager Kevin pushed very hard for me to "just place the order with an associate there now who could process the order today and it didn't really matter if Margaret/Margarita got credit for the sale"In a few days I could already have PAID and had my furniture delivered in my home and enjoying itCUSTOMERS MAKING SEVERAL CALLS IS UNACCEPTABLE - your store policy without any exceptions is to have your customers wait to make a purchase so that the person who works for your company gets the commission he/she worked for???? I was being pushed very hard by Kevin (your store manager) to just place the order and not do right by your employee so I then asked to speak with a regional manager regarding this situation because your company was about to lose a sale out of principle and that I as your company's customer was the only person attempting to do right by your employee and he refused to place me in touch with a regional manager and HUNG UP ON ME telling me the regional manager was going to tell me the same thing!! I called customer service about what occurred and the very nice associate informed me that the regional manager Gary, Scott, or Georgia would contact me (possibly today) and hopefully resolve this situation so that your employee is taken care of
Why is it that your customers have to go through such distress to make sure your employees get the commission they work for????
I could've had my order placed today and had it delivered in no longer than daysinstead as your customer, I've made more than calls, been disconnected on by your store manager Kevin and I still don't have my order processed just because I'M WANTING TO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR YOUR EMPLOYEE out of principle and your manager's actions were completely unacceptable

I ordered the lamps below (USD 250)and paid for the shipping (USD 30)
I read the sales agreement times before I made my purchase to make sure I understood any explicit requirements for delivery Bottom line, my sales agreement does NOT require me to be at home to accept delivery
My delivery was scheduled for today, sometime between 7am and 10pm I was present at my home until 12:today Because I had to leave my home, I left a note on my front door that read "I waited, had to leave, you may place my order on my front porch, -*** ***"
At 1pm I received a call from Rooms To Go stating that they could not make delivery because I was not home to accept delivery
