I purchased a queen bedroom set at quite a hefty priceThe bed was assembled with only support slatsThe $full size I bought at Wal-Mart came with support slatsI'd expect more from Rooms To GoI'm a big guy and small support slats is laughable

While no one can prevent natural occurences like storms,it is irresponsible,reckless and inconsiderate of rooms to go not delivering
I got a call on Thursday,8/24/from a rooms to go agent regarding an order schedule for today,Saturday 8/26/17.I asked her and she was clear,asking again if she was sure the order will be delivered because we were expecting storms in Houston,she told me yes.A missed call came in from their headquarters number at 9:41am this morning but they never left a message.I'm smart but not enough to read anyone's mind.If they were to cancel,they should have left a detailed message instead of keeping me and my family here while we could be somewhere more comfortable in this weather.They wasted my time and whole day.I can't leave not either because there's a tornado in eefect by the EAS system until 2am tomorrow.I don't understand how such a company can do business and not be held liable for irresponsible business practices.It's not because they couldn't delive

I recently purchased a King size Tempur-pedic mattress from Rooms to go in Durham, NC and also a Pinnacle II Base for the mattress Thankfully, when I walked in the store, a sales associate by the name of LaDwaun Shaw took as much time as I needed to try out the mattress's in the store She was Awesome!! She answered all my questions and was very professional I also recommended her to another customer by the time I was all done She really was the reason for my purchase that day I had been considering a new mattress but just wasn't quite ready Her time, patience and professionalism really paid off She thanked me for the purchase with a smileYou just don't get that kind of customer service like that anymore So, Thank you so much LaDwaun for all your help I am loving my new Mattress My delivery was set up for the date we agreed upon and also delivered before noon that day The delivery men were also professional and careful when entering my home Thanks Rooms to Go!!

Bought the Veneto leather sofa sleeper and matching power reclining love seat with console for over $2,in March Waited over weeks for delivery It came in on April 30th Was perfectly comfortable in the store but the love seat is nothing like it was in the store It is horrible! I called customer service but they pretty much said "oh well, you have hours to exchange it." It is not the same product that was in the store! You can't misrepresent a product and then wash your hands of it What kind of company doesn't stand behind their product! So now a technician is coming out For what? On Feb13, 2018, delivery men damaged my wall, carpet, and power outlet with blue scented wax

I purchased a mattress from Rooms-(RTG), and this mattress developed an indentation I advised RTG about this issue with the mattress, and due to the warranty on the mattress an adjuster/inspector was sent to my home to inspect the severity of the indentation When the first inspector came out it was concluded that the indentation did not meet the criteria for replacement of the mattress When a month had passed since their initial visit the indentation became significantly worse and I contacted RTG again When the inspector came back out he declared the mattress needed replacing I called RTG within the allotted time given to have the mattress replaced and not only have not heard anything about the mattress I choseTo make the circumstance worse; I have pay an additional $dollars to have the mattress sent to me I have back issues, and they are worsening daily
