I never received my furniture for a week after deliveryI called customer servi
Numerous calls and efforts to the customer service agents and I still never received my furniture

My complaint is that within one year the finish has worn off of the product - sectional sofa We were told it was wear and tear It is not

Data entry mistake on delivery date
Found the perfect furniture and was given a delivery dateCame back to purchase a mattress and found out my delivery date was changed to two weeks later...no noticeI called the salesperson and he said the delivery date shouldn't have changed but now he couldn't fix it If I was supposed to get furniture on a certain date, I want it on that dateIt wasn't back ordered, it was a mistake in data entry Management wouldn't fix the problem or give me a discount on the delivery charge....C

Misinformed us about a delivery status in order to close a sale

My complaint involves a mattress purchased from rooms to goI was talked into a more expensive mattress as it was supposed to be a therapeutic mattress it comes out it's not a full therapeutic mattress It didn't solve my extensive back painI feel like I'm rolling off the side of the mattressI contacted rooms to go talk to the sales person he said call customer service customer service said they'll send out a technician which arrive today December 13, He said there was nothing wrong with the mattress call customer service is reported being with the pictures and they will arrange an exchangeI called customer service they said they didn't have the report to call later today I called at 4:PM to I was told the report was not in and I had to talk to the storeI called the store and they said that I should not been transferred to the store that's customer service his job to handle this problem customer service says no it's the store I'm getting a runaround and mattress

I had placed an online order # XXXXXXXI with rooms to go for a dining table setI had a scheduled delivery on 11/9/On the day of delivery, I received a voice message from Rooms to go's Brookshire Texas brach phone number XXXXXXXXXX that said the driver has houses ahead of mine I was outside at that time and this message did not convey what houses meant in terms of time - ?mins or hoursI got another call mins later from the same person that said the driver will be at my house in minsI replied I was outside and will be home in minsThe lady on the phone was talking very low and I told her I could barely hear herBut the next thing she did was hung up on meI presumed she was trying to say "I will let the driver know that you will be at the home in mins" before she hung up on meI was home in mins and the driver never showed upI never heard back from rooms to goWhen I call

I made a Sealy "Mizner Park" mattress set purchase from Rooms to Go on 4/16/16, the total cost spent was $Invoice # XXXXXXXX, and this was placed on the Rooms to Go credit cardIn May, the ENTIRE purchase was paid offNine months later, I called for Warranty information- the mattress was sagging I was informed that there was a year warrantyRooms to Go dispatched a service representative who came to my house on 12/14/to evaluated the mattress condition- it had sagged 1/inches- so it would be able covered under the warrantyWe were informed that Rooms to Go will contact me On 12/15/2016, I received a call and I was informed that I had options
1) they would replace the mattress or 2) I could go the showroom and pick something out - and this should be done within the next days

Furniture delivered damaged after delivery attempts
I ordered a dining room set that came with chairs around January 16thDelivery was scheduled for February 13thThe delivery guys were extremely rude and pushy to drop everything and go, and wouldn't even give me time to put floor protectors under the chair legs and tableAfter they left I noticed damage to four of the chairs and the table base as well as the glass topI called customer support and was allowed to exchange for a different table setBecause it wasn't in stock I had to wait weeks for deliveryWhen it was delivered, not only was the table damaged, but a glass bar counter I ordered was smashed on the truck before it even arrivedI called customer service and the agent told me she could get me on the schedule for weeks outI told her that was unacceptable and needed to be taken care of properly or I would be cancelling the orderShe got me on the schedule for week later and offered a $dollar in store

they were not able to solve the issue they put me on hold forever and I had to call them when they suppose to contact me
My husband is an active duty he bought insurance for our dining table and when I called them Bc we have issues with the table they send an inspector he said they were going to contact me with the results wich they didn't I had to called them and their answer was my problem is not something the they can't solve at this point I don't don't why they offer the insurance if is not going to b worth it

So, buyers bewareThis is not a customer service oriented storeI am now finding out from friends that their furniture is cheap, and not of good quality, when something happens to it they give excuses to prevent making things rightThey are greedy, and deceptive, an organization that lack customer serviceI plan to blast them on Facebook and everywhere I can on social mediaand by the way this was happening on 11-16-and they have not refunded by moneyBetter business is my next stop

We purchased a bedroom set and the headboard and bench that was initially delivered had damages, the wood on both pieces were cracked and paint was chipped Today they delivered the replacement pieces and both came cracked and chipped Called customer service and next available date to deliver the replacement parts is in January If I wanted to purchase chipped, dented, or damaged furniture I would have gone to their outlet store When you pay full price for brand new furniture you expect to receive furniture without damages I would like to add that on of the delivery guys was very rude on the phone, rude to both, my wife and myself I would recommend RTG to train their personnel on how to treat their customers, teach them manners and be customer service oriented Never had any bad experience like this one with any other furniture store Don't think I will make another purchase from RTG again

Purchased inferior leather sofa and chair from Rooms to Go No resolution after 1/months
Purchased from Room to Go matching rug, matching leather sofa and chair for support for my wife's back On Jan.30, in amount of $$2,364.62, order number XXXXXXXX Delivery was Feb We purchased the items in Vero Beach, FL from the local store for our temporary address in same city
After just a few days, the seat cushions began to collapse, causing discomfort and unsightly appearance We contacted customer service
After almost a month, they sent Jean out on March He put a piece of thin foam in each cushion No improvementWe called to report unsatisfactory results Customer service offered an exchange for different set but nothing was acceptable for my wife's back
After waiting for some time, we took pictures to the manager at the local store and we were immediately contacted for a date to replace both pieces

On Oct I placed an order for the Brockett set As of Nov I have stayed home times waiting for shipment that has always come with used furniture The first shipment came with a tear in the seat and obvious wear with a scuff mark and busted springs on the sofa the second also was worn and the third couch delivered was actually the same couch that I returned the first time with the same scuff mark and wear on the cushion None of the furniture has tags or paperwork from the manufacturer and they tell me they remove that during the "inspection process" that somehow missed all the tears and scuff marks? They take returned furniture and just ship it back out as new
My blinds were also damaged by the movers and I am having to replace all blinds in my living room to keep them matching but R2G refuses to pay for the other and will only pay for the one broken set,

I was advise from the salesman at the time of purchase that I will be contacted days before the deliver date with the timeframeI received a text message on 12/that my delivery will be between 4p-8p on 12/so arrangements were made to have someone available between 4p-8pIn the afternoon of 12/11, a call was receive stating they changed the timeframe to a time that no one would be at the locationDue to the late notice, we were unable to make arrangements for the new timeframe and was basically told that yes, we received the original timeframe as explainedYes they did change it which normally does not happen inBut unfortunately for us there is nothing that can be done
