I will not recommend rooms to go to anyone who is looking for a company with good customer serviceI have been trying to get my replacement now for over a month and there has been so much conflict in getting the schedule correctThey Do Not show up on time and when you call customer service everyone tells you something different and there is Never a supervisor available to speak withI have had the furniture now for almost months and I am still waiting for the replacement of the damaged furniture that they deliveredThe furniture was damaged when they delivered it and the delivery man stated that they still had to deliver they just need to place a order for replacementWhen I called to find out what was taking the replacement so long I was informed that the replacement was never orderedNever shopping here again
Horrible customer service

Purchased a couch and love seat from R2G around Feb/March 2017, soon after the cushions in the arms of the pieces began to shift and you can feel the wood under the fabricI have called and spoken to managers at the store, who have told me they have spoken to customer service supervisors at their Headquarters and still to this day, no tech has come to fix our furnitureWeeks have gone by inbetween me making contact with the store and then me having to call them back because they never return or followup with me about my issueOne manager even offered to replace my furniture pieces then another manager I talked to said that was ridiculous and now we are back to waiting to hear from someone at their headquartersIt has been nothing by excuse after excuse, they have never even apologized for any of the miscommunication or poor serviceAs of 11/8/I am now waiting o
Broken dresser no response from store on deliver rude

I purchased a sofa and loveseat "as is" from the Forest Park Rooms to Go outlet store on 12/20/as a Christmas gift for my son
When I purchased the sofa and loveseat there was no worn or discolored spots on the furniture In November the sofa and loveseat had worn and discolored spots everywhereI know leather does not wear that fast and bad I called the customer service number and they said there was nothing they could do because I brought the sofa and loveseat "as is" There was no worn or discolored spots when I brought the sofaWhen I brought it "as it" the sofa and loveseat was one colorI brought it "as is" for the scratch on the arm rest not for future discoloration and worn spots
I thought I had great serviceUntill its time for them to refund for my two end tableThen everybody got alot to say but not giving my money back

Double charged and cancelled delivery with no notice
Bedroom set was purchased form rooms to go in early May After charging my credit card and paying for the order, I received a call that stated I need extra verification for the order This consisted of purchasing a gift card for the amount I originally paid, and being assured I would get the charge refunded to my card Instead, I got charged $for an $order, and had my order cancelled the day before the delivery date No email, phone call, or notice was given, and I spent the whole day of delivery waiting for an order that never came It was after filing a merchant dispute with my credit card, I was able to collect the other $rooms to go owed me, but I never got a reason as to why my order was canceled Everyone I talked to on the phone had no idea what was going on, and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life I'm still awaiting my refund from rooms to go for the other $as I don't
Poor delivery service My daughter is waiting on dresser for weeks, now due the initially delivered broken First time -delivery dresser was broken, 2nd time no call ahead, came after delivery window, 3rd time no one came, lied about being at the apt, when some was there, stated they knocked on the door, no they did not, 4th time the delivery canceled- drive had death in the family(I understand this situationYou are a larger company and you cannot contract with better service who has replacement drivers Did online chat and no resolutionsNeed to cancel and reschedule only after waiting hours(really) another week schedule delivered only options or have delivered when she works(really) I had explained she works Did not understand she works and cannot sit and wait on a delivery Very poor customer services in resolving issue
Company Charged both my invoice and my wife's invoice on my the credit finance I received from them There are separate invoices and transactions
My wife and I made two difference purchases with two different credit financing opened on 11/06/ Invoice #XXXXXXXX belonged to Francis for $and Invoice #XXXXXXXX belonged to Jesenia(wife) for $both were signed by the respective partyBoth invoices were placed on my account in error I called immediately when I received the bill with the first week of December The company states they will take care of it before the due date on the December 21st The company has not yet fixed the situation As a result my credit score dropped due to the ratio income effect of having both invoices affecting my credit and I had no choose but to pay the minimum due for both invoices against my will The company states I should ask my wife for the other half of the moneyI don't believe I should be responsible for my wife's finances
I bought dining chairs in April and despite taking care of them, we are only in my family, all the chairs are peeling and cracking

They delivered the wrong furniture first Then week later the motor goes out Customer service is not accommodating
We bought loveseats One was suppose to be a power reclining loveseat We scheduled delivery on the date of purchase for over a month out Then when it was delivered they did not bring the power reclining one They sent a non-powered oneThey stated they would bring the right one out on the following week That did not happen They gave us the run around because they did not want to deliver on a Saturday again They insisted they had to deliver it between 7am and am on a Monday through Friday We work for a living and cannot take off After several weeks of constant phone calls and sorry customer service we said forget it, we will drive to the Dunn warehouse and pick it up ourselves We went on a Saturday to pick it up One week after we finally had the right loveseat, the motor goes out Back to customer service we go...Well again we had to wait
I want to give a complaint about ROomsToGo they ***.They store policy is not sufficient, Don't ever buy from them?They don't honor their word.The furniture is made out of fake wood.They want us to pay for some damaged furniture and say it's not their concern.Please they are rip offs.This is my experience and I will find any one else to be a witness
RTG sold us sub standard merchandise and refuses to address it with us
We purchased a $elephant ear tree one week ago, Within the past week the tree has lost 30% of it's leaves for no apparent reasonWe asked to exchange the tree on and they refused after putting us on hold and transferring us around for minutes
On the date of the purchase, we were running behind for the day, but decided to pop in to RTG bc we were passing it on our way to our sons schoolWe liked the tree but had to leave bc of our time crunchWe found our salesman, John L., on the way out to say thanks and advise him that we'd likely be backWe informed him at 12:pm that we had to pick up our son from school at 1pmHe insisted that he would have us out within minutes so we hesistantly agreed to the purchase (bc what could go wrong with a tree)I then INSISTED that the tree be delivered regardless of the delivery charge, but he scoffed at that when he found out I drove a GMC

I purchased a wall unit from Rooms to Go I was never given a specific time or date for delivery and when I was given a date and time it was changed numerous times I applied for the store financing which was promoted by the sales person at Rooms to Go When the delivery times and dates kept getting changed I called the customer resolution line and spoke to representatives who both stated that they could not "promise me a date or time and the average wait for delivery would be an additional weeks I am getting charged interest and my payment start date is from the date of purchase but I do not have the furniture in my possession I questioned that to the reps and they did not have a reply I then called the store again and spoke to the salesperson who I told to just cancel my order for misrepresenting the product and services
