Extremely poor (unacceptable) return policy It was very upsetting to learn the details of the return policy I would never ever purchase anything else from RTG and I especially will recommend to anyone I know not to shop or purchase from RTG

When I purchased the new bed it was supposed that this bed is fully functional to any common floor (Tile), I was never informed about any related issueThe middle support leg is broken, a technician came and tried to fix itThis same night the same support leg failed againI have been calling RtoGo customer service several times (two weeks) and they said will call me later: no further call from thenIn this last conversation they say that the problem is my Tile floor, I said that my floor is very common and the problem is about its product qualityI think they must supply and effective answer and action to solve an issuedHow are they going to sell a product that has problem over a very common kind of floor (Tiles)and don't let customer know about that at the purchase moment?

I attempted to use a black Friday coupon I was one of the first people through the door to redeem a coupon for buy a sofa ($499) and get a loveseat free I was told that the sofa I wanted, which was $499, was not the one the coupon was for They pointed out a very small number on the coupon that they said was an SKU for one specific sofa On other coupons they were upfront that it was for "Beige microfiber "Buttons Bay"" for example but not on this one It is clear that they wanted to get you in the door and when you found out the sofa you wanted was not the one the coupon was for, you would buy the one you wanted at a higher price
