Bought over $2k in furnitureDuring the delivery process several pieces arrived broken or missing and during delivery stairs were damaged and broken
Our initial delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 11/upon delivery the men first broke two frames bringing up a boxThen as they were bringing up more boxes, they caused severe damage to my staircaseThe stairs have a vertical panel and as they were bringing up the boxes their shoes kept hitting the panels causing them to break themThe stairs also have a lip or seam and again as they were going up the steps they broke through several of the stairsUpon assembly the frame of the bedding was also broken and there were missing pieces upon the orderThe company was contacted the same day of the issues and we went directly to the store to speak to the manager who was also emailed pictures of the damage that was doneA follow up delivery was scheduled to remediate all the issues Tuesday 11/Upon this delivery the driver informed u

I bought a love seat/sofa set from themI was concerned with the maintenance /cleaning of a Ivory colored faux leather setSalesman told me it was no problem to maintainIn fact he gave me two bottles of Rooms To Go brand cleaner to use when I needed to clean themI tried the cleaner and it took off the color/grain of the sofaI have tried for over three months to get Rooms To Go to admit this is their problemThey refuse, even at the store and customer service levels
Seems now that I am stuck with damaged furniture with no further recourse by Rooms To Go
They have now lost me as well as hundreds of other potential clients as I'm a REALTOR and when people ask me where should they buy their new homes' furniture you can bet it won't be Rooms To Go

After many years of successful purchasing and customer service from the Glades Road Boca Raton location we just had a horrendous experience with Rooms To Go We ordered leather electronic swivel chairs a dresser and a cabinet for our home in North Carolina We were told that the NC region did not have the chairs in stock, but they could be shipped from the warehouse in Tampa, Fl for an additional charge of $350, which we agreed to We were to be in NC for week in October and were assured that our delivery would be on the Friday that we would be there The order was placed on 10/8/and the delivery would be on 10/26/ On the 26th we received a call that the dresser and cabinet were coming, but the chairs were not "in stock" and would come the following Friday We informed RTG that we would not be there the following Friday and that we wanted to cancel the order for the chairs We were told that only the sales person could cancel an order We contacted the sales person, Elaine Petrassi, and received nothing but one run-around after anotherShe did nothing to help us and passed off the responsibility We contacted the store and customer service asking to speak to the manager and were never connected to the manager We ultimately disputed the charge with our credit card company After numerous attempts to cancel, we received a call that our chairs were being delivered on Friday, November We cancelled the delivery We finally spoke to someone in customer service who cancelled the order and went in to the store to repay for the dresser and cabinet that were delivered At the time of the original order the store personnel knew that we needed delivery during the week that we would be at the house It is a vacation rental, which is another reason why there could be no delivery after we left We were assured that this was understood and would be accommodated After the purchase there was a total lack of assistance from anyone we contacted I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this RTG, the store manager and the salesperson I am going to contact RTG Corporate to lodge complaints against the store manager and the sales person
