I wish I would have looked them up before my purchaseI made my purchase in Feb and set up delivery for March since that was the only Satdelivery openI was told that they could not give me a time, I had to be home ALL dayWhen my dinning room set arrived, it was the WRONG one, NOT what I paid forSo when "Customer Service" called I told them this was not what my orderShe told me ok and I had to call that locationI was VERY UPSET, after all I paid for it and I had to do all of the leg workSo after calling the location, the next open Satwould be in AprilSo I told the agent that would not work, I paid for this in February and you made the error but now I am being punishedI now have to take a day off of work in order to receive my purchase (Not Right)I ask the agent what was going to be done to compensate meshe stated Nothing, we do not compensate customerI was also told the same thing be the customer service agentI will not spend another PENNY with RTG I will also tell my friends and family my experienceStore # *** Order # XXXXXXXX and my sales person stated out nice and new, however when I told her I received the wrong set and should be compensated she became a nasty (Dione ***)

SAN ANGELO BROWN PC SECTIONAL is defective and poorly made, repeated issues, and Rooms To Go is refusing to come and get it, at my request

Missed commitment and lied after the fact
I was called by Rooms to Go on Thursday November 9, and a message was left stating that my furniture would be delivered on November 11, between 11:AM and 3:PM I stayed home waiting because they do not call ahead they just show up
At 2:PM I received a call that they were running late and were not going to make their commitment and if I had issues to take it up with Customer Service I called customer service and was given the run around that they were truly sorry but they did not compensate customers for missing commitments and could not give me anything more that it would be delivered sometime that dayI asked to speak with a manager and was connected after some timeThe manager went through the same motions to confirm that it was truly late and she was very sorry and it would be there sometime that day

I opened a new credit card with Rooms to go because I was advised that current promo was 0% for months on my purchasesDate of Purchase: 11-10-2015, Delivery Date: 11-17-2015, Purchase amount $2,Rooms to go called me advised that they would not be able to deliver by the date promised unless I use a different form of payment by a certain time of the day that same dayI then used my Bill Me Later account because I needed my furniture before ThanksgivingI was then told that amount of $$1,will be credited to my Bill me later account on 11-11-and that taxes and delivery charge in amount of $would remain on my Bill Me Later account causing interest on 1/5/for $3.57, on 2/5/of $and I had to pay it off on 2/22/to avoid future interest chargesThis was not disclosed to me until laterI am still paying off TD bank for Rooms
A few problems with this company and my purchase
1-Took day off for delivery, came early which was great but they didn't have the correct hardware to be able to put the bed together They tell me that "someone will come out today and get it done", and for me to call the store I am told by customer service that they have to overnight the hardware and that it would be until the next day That once I have the hardware to call and set up for someone to come out
2-Waited all day for hardware that I was told was going to be FedEx over night, did not arrive, call customer service, come to find out that hardware never did get sent out yesterday, it was only set up today and it is not Fed Ex its UPSI am given a tracking number and am assured that I will get it tomorrow
3-Check UPS website and see that the request was not done until today (was supposed to have been yesterday) and delivery date is now Monday, not overnight as promised
4- Take time off from work to be here for delivery, take time off work to be here for FedEx and to be able to call for someone to come out and finish the work, and now I have NO idea if it will be tomorrow or Monday
All customer service can say is "sorry" Sorry does not pay for my day off, sorry does not make hardware appear and finish the work
I returned a call to headquarters and when I spoke to "abby" she was extremely rudeShe kept talking over meI had to ask her to let me speak
Representative was rude and kept talking over meAt one point during the conversations she was offering me some sort of warranty on my sofaI asked her if it would cover the exact same sofa I have at home, she said noI said okay, then i'm not interestedBefore I could even finish my sentence she interjected and cut me off and rudely said something like "WHY WOUDLNT YOU??" I was misinformed, customer service was horrible and totally insulting

problems with Rooms to Go and its deliveries and customer service problems
First of all the salesman entered the wrong order in the computer and they delivered the wrong itemI had to pay extra to get what I paid for after multiple calls to the company and they did not solved the problemAlso salesman told me I was going to receive everything the same day and part of my living room won't be here until December and company said there's nothing they can doI'm supposed to receive today the correct item which I had to pay more money to get, and no one cared to call to tell me the delivery timeI called the company customer service line and they told me that I have to "stuck in my house from 7:00am to 10:00pm because they were doing me a favor" A favor that I had to pay more money because the salesman made mistakescustomer service is the worst I ever encountered in my whole lifevery ride employees
