The benches were back ordered and now they aren't covered under the warranty
When the bar table was purchased they were backordered so they were apparently put on a separate order from the rest of the tableNow that the leather on the one bench is cracking Rooms To Go is telling me there is nothing they can doI was never sent any paperwork on the extended warranty that was purchased and now my the benches look terrible because the leather is cracking

Did not honor extended warranty
Rooms to Go sales reps use bate and switch tactics to get you to purchase the "extended warranty." We were told that if we could not get the stains out of our couch/chase sectional then all we needed to do was to call customer service and get them to come clean the stains.The sales rep told us it did not matter the number of stains This in fact is NOT the caseIf you have more than stain they call it an "area clean" which we have a few small stains on multiple cushions/pillows

I did not immediately purchase the extended warranty on my sectional sofa About a month after my purchase, I got a call from Rooms To Go about the extended warranty I was told in the store as well as on the later sales call that the extended warranty covered many things that the warranty company now says are not covered
Less than six months after purchasing the sectional, the cushions began to noticeably sag It has gotten more pronounced over time
I have had two different companies come out, and both agree that there are problems with the cushions The last company told me that the cushions could be easily replaced, alleviating the problem There are two adults living in the house, and no children
Both times after a technician came out, the warranty company did not bother to call me back I had to call them, only to be told that nothing would be done

On May I purchased a bedroom set the Mansell Manor Cherry Pc Queen Panel Bedroom and a Mansell Manor Chest...The Mansell Manor chest was damaged at the bottom, the mirror was damaged and the long chest was damaged....On May the furniture was re-delivered again with the same issues the mirror had a scratch and the Mansell Manor chest was damaged at the bottom again...To make matters worst...The Rooms To Go in Fayettville, NC never bothered to call June until the day before re-delivery June to verify what happen to the furniture....I called to speak to the manager Mike at 11am but he never called back so I called back to the store at 1pm to be told he was at lunch....So that just tells me no one cares at the store because the furniture was damaged on May but no one cared until the day before to follow up to talk to me and now here it is a month later and I'm still having issues with being brought back scratched up and dama

I ordered online from rooms to go, items were sent from a secondary vendor I am told I paid for assembly and delivery When I asked about assembly for secondary vendor items I was told I had to assemble them I questioned why I paid for assembly since all that was being delivered was a table, chairs and rug I was then told that my rug was not being delivered and the order was cancelled because the product was no longer available I looked online and the rug is still being sold and in stock The customer service rep told me well someone contacted you When I asked how they contacted me she could not tell me Her notes just said someone should contact me but never did I was charged over $on my credit card for assemble and delivery When I asked why no one could tell me or find on their information where I was charged that amount I spoke with a manager who argued with me that I was not charged that but I clearly can see it on my credit card

I started contacting Rooms to Go Customer Service last year to inquire about the warranty on a sofa I purchased January 28, They would not assist me unless I knew the phone number I used when I made the purchase and I could not remember itRecently I located the actual receipt of purchase and contacted customer service again with all the information from the sales invoiceTheir answer to me about the warranty on their merchandise was startling to say the leastI was advised that the manufacturers warranty was only for one yearI have never heard of any reputable company only offering a one year warranty on furniture such as a sofaThe problem I have is that the arms of the sofa are defectiveThere doesn't seem to be any material there and you can hear what sounds like particle boardThis sofa sat for years in a room and was not being utilized until about two years ago
