Order canceled in still charged credit card
On the 10th of this month I placed an order for a recliner that I was going to have shipped to a family member in Texas they recently moved and needed a new one I place the order you got a pre-authorization on my credit card but moments after I placed the order I received an email telling me That you could not process my order and that I should go to one of your showroom OK the whole point of ordering online was so that I could order something in Michigan where I live and have it delivered in Texas where my family lives I am mediately responded to the email you listed in the email address it's been almost a week later you still have not responded to my email but when I looked on my credit card statements the pre-authorization has now posted to my account so you're charging me for an order that you canceled you never gave me a reason why you canceled the order and on the automated email that I received it says that your open till Eastern

BOUGHT A SOFA AT ROOMS TO GO MONTH LATER MOTORS WENT OUT CALLED TO GET SERVICE AFTER THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHILE I WAS HOME TWICE THEY DELIVERED ON A DAY I COULD NOT BE THERE 5-11-WHILE THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE THEIR THE STOLE SOME PISTOLS AND A GOLD COIN ROOMS TO GO WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
We purchased recliners with consoles between them They told us it was a new fabric that would not stain It is not sealed and absorbing color
Purchased above in Dec., This fabric was supposed to look like leather but be stain proof We even purchased the extended warranty The fabric is changing color where we sit and nowhere else It is not dirty nor wear because it does not change anywhere except where other fabric touches it Doesn't change on the arms or console (where we have drinks and food) Even had a "throw" across one end that just lies there that I use to cover my feet sometimes and the fabric has changed to a redish tint in mothere Evidentally the fabric was not sealed and thus is absorbing dyes from other fabrics I have contacted the store and the extended warranty company and they will not even look at it I believe if someone would come out and see the pattern of color change, they would have to acknowledge that this is not wear
RTG lied or failed to mention that is only backs ac companies warranty, and it itself does not Further its employees lied in regards to my warranty
In December of I purchased the mattress listed in order #XXXXXXXX After several months, the mattress had a defect I then exercised the warranty replacement for the mattress, and paid an additional $to upgrade to a better one (order #XXXXXXXX) When the new mattress was upgraded, I was told by customer service and the delivery men that this mattress carries a new year warranty

Rooms To Go is literally the worst business I've ever dealt with ! I've had half of a sectional for a month and keep hearing excuses about how it's on back orderWhen it's not on back order the delivery schedule is impossible to work with ! The online sales team is a joke thanks to the 10+ times I've called and had at least different associates that said I'd be getting a return call and one of them being a supervisor, and that never happen ! I can't even try to get a refund because they just hang up the phone ! Took the full amount from my credit card gave me half a sectional, then won't return the couch and give me my money backScam artist !

I would like to inform everyone about the unacceptable and unprofessional customer service shown to me by Rooms to Go corporationI recently bought my first home about a month agoNow any new home owner realizes the amount of time, money and planning it takes to settle down with a new homeAnd of course, the excitement with getting everything to put in the home!

I have bought couple set furniture from this store they come with defects items,broken,and missing pieces

During purchase wriin the store, the sales associate asked if I would like the item delivered I told him that I would not like delivery, that I would pick up the item at the store in my vehicle The sales associate then said that it would be cheaper to have it delivered I asked how that could be and he explained that the store charges $to have the item brought to the store from their distribution center for pick up, but if I chose to pay for delivery, I would only have to pay the delivery fee of $ This is a deceptive sales practice which penalizes a customer for not accepting the store's aservice of delivery
Late delivery for damaged item
