They will not honor warranty
I purchased a $dining room table and chairs from Rooms To Go around Thanksgiving of My husband had some health issues starting in June of My son had pointed out a crack in one of the chairsMy husband went into the hospital Augand Rooms To Go had called one day when I was home from the hospital to offer me the extended warrantyI told the lady about the crack and ask if I needed to report it thenShe told me no, that since I was going through so much, and I was purchasing the extended warranty, just report it when I could and they would replace itWe discussed the price of the chair which I think she said was around $which was much cheaper to get the $132? warranty planMy husband died in September and I am just getting around to calling Rooms To GoI called on Friday and told the lady I spoke with everything I just typed and she said, oh you will have to call this number because it was during the warrantyI called

the delivery crews damaged walls and hardwood flooring during the delivery of the furniture

A loyal customer with a defective item that is on recall and I am only being offered half of the product value
I purchased a brand new living room set from Rooms To Go, the order number is: XXXXXXXX - the product was purchased four years ago and it's been defective for almost a year; however, I found out that others that purchased the same item and had similar issues were refunded 100% of the items value yet when I contacted Rooms To Go's customer service department was only offered $when the value of the product itself is $I'm submitting this complaint with hopes that your company will grant me the refund as they have done for others as I have been a loyal customer to Rooms To Go for many, many yearsEven after submitting a photo as proof of the items defects, and being told that this item is currently on recall, I was offered only half of the items value

HEADBOARD FOR BED BROKEN NEVER FIXED ALMOST YEARS!!

I bought a bedroom set in and when it was delivered damaged and brokenI filed a complaint with the store about and it and no one ever came back to fix it I have been paying my monthly payment for almost years now and I haven't received any help or reimbursement for my bedroom furniture And am beyond upset now If we didn't pay our bill the store would come at us with lawsuitsI will get a lawyer about this matter myself The store knows about this problems and haven't sent NO ONE TO FIX IT!!
I will go to social media today if know comes and replace my entire bedroom free of charge since it has taken nearly years to fixI need another now

There has been several occasions that we have been jerked around cost us several hundreds of dollars trying to get delivery then once purchased it's all wrong I mean this has been a revolving situation for months!

They do not stand behind their products! I bought two recliners in January of one ripped after the 1st year and now leather is fading really bad when I purchased recliners the sales person sold me an extended warranty because the previous recliners I had purchased from RTG did the same thing she informed me that this warranty would take care of it I called RTG customer service and they informed me that it only covers food stains! That is NOT what I was told when I purchased this warranty!
