Delivery of a defective/damaged chest and the company refuses to replace/repair without backing the warranty we were promised
We ordered furniture from Rooms To Go in November We had our dresser, chest, night stand and canopy delivered in January The Chest was missing a slab of wood so we notified the company (no fault of our own) February a delivery was made of a Dresser (not a Chest, again, no fault of our own) We had to wait for the new Chest to be delivered April, the defective/damaged Chest was delivered The delivery guy notices the scratch and advised us to contact Customer Service We also saw a piece of the wood is dinged and there is no polish/finish on the wood We contacted Customer Service only to find out there were Chest on the truck that we were not aware ofApparently there were two chest on the truck and if either one was damaged, we were to receive the one without need of repairsWe take pictures of the damages, send them to the corporate offi

Salesperson (Alberto D.) stated that my current bed frame would fit the sleep system I clarified this fact with him prior to purchasing this system The salesperson also stated that the installation technicians would move and haul away my old sleep system as part of the service This did not happen, and my old bed and box springs are currently sitting in the living room of the house
Installation personnel did not complete the installation as purchased Delivery personnel informed me that the sales people at the Midland location would do anything to make the sale
I called Rooms to Go, and was told the issue was not with them, but Temper-Pedic I called Temper-Pedic, and they informed me that the installation was not complete, and to contact Rooms to Go installation person
To begin saying that Miguel I., the sales person was great, very helpful and patience he took all the time to tell me about the furniture that I was buying, my delivery date was 1/12/19, I bought a bedroom set dinning a server and a sofa bed the one from Cindy Crawford in redEverything came good except for the server from Sofia Vergara and the sofaThe sofa bed never came down from the truck it had a dent on the back, because it was damage they re-schedule the next delivery for the 1/16/19, after waiting for it finally came and when back because the delivery men told me the legs was damageThey re-schedule the next delivery for the 23rd also a service man to check the electrical problem for the serverToday 1/23/the service men came fix the problem with the server and waiting almost till 2:PM finally the truck showed up, I came to inspect the sofa they started unwrapping it I notice that it had a big razor cut on the back, back to the truckI cancel the order for this particular piece and when to another furniture store to buy a sofaIt took days to deliver damage sofa, days I don't have a place to sit and watch TV and relaxI think there should be a inspector taking care of this mess specially when a furniture is send back damage the first time and to make sure the "Customer" gets there furniture in a good condition for the second time, the last one I receive looks like it was return from someone else, it had some other scratches on the back, and they were trying to pass it on meI am very dissatisfy with Rooms To Go would not buy any more from them! Extended Warranty Not Being Honored
When I purchased some furniture for my kids in 2014, the Rooms to Go salesperson wanted to sell me an extended warranty that would cover the furniture to years I asked at the time if scratches that we put on the furniture would be covered, and they said that everything, including scratches, was covered by the extended warranty They, however, gave me no paperwork describing the terms and conditions of the warranty Now, years later, they are denying my claim for repair of a manufacturer defect (bad stain job) and some minor scratches that come from daily use of furniture that has a poor finish I have spoken both with Rooms to Go customer care and the 3rd party extended warranty company, and neither will take responsibility If they are going to deny the claim, what did the money I spent on the extended warranty go for?

BUYER BEWARE!!! Make that a "Negative Star Rating" - Terrible service after the sale!
