I purchase a Ashford Landing Gray PC Sectional Living Room Sofa in February and my Sectional was delivered in March I've had this Sectional a total of months and my Sectional looks awful the cushions are wearing and it has only been months, I can't say the wearing of the cushions are from to much usage of the Sectional because no one is at home but me, I called Rooms To Go in July about the poor quality of my Sectional and I was told that they would send a Technician out to take a look at my complaint and he came out in July which would have been months after receiving my Sectional and the Technician sat on the sectional and talk to me and I shared with him that while I was in the Rooms To Go Store in Myrtle Beach, SC I ask the salesperson if the Sectional was sturdy and if the cushions were sturdy also and she said yes and that was a lie I did not hear from Room To Go so I call them and I was told that the Technician reported that he did not see anything wrong with the Sectional and my question was could he tell all of this by sitting on the Sectional and the CSR just apologize and I was not pleased with the Techdecision at all but one thing I know we would never purchase anything from Rooms To Go again I felt like Rooms To Go did not care about my concerns of the poor quality of the product I received from them I hope my review will help with your purchase

I bought a mattress that was less then 2yrs old when I noticed that it sunk in the middle I advised RTG and they advised they could not help

I furnished my home with Rooms To Go furniture when I purchased it in 2011, I was very pleased with my purchase until my sofa set started peelingI was confused by it because the headboard of my bedroom set is leather just like the sofa setI used to love having family and friends over every now and then, but now I'm too embarrassed by the way my sofa looks to have anyone come overI've read some of the other complaints and realize they are almost that same problems as mineIt's so disappointing because a sofa is suppose to last more than 1/years

I had already research online and knew what I wanted when I got to the store the sales rep Theo was helping me and we got into a different sofa setI was ready to purchase cash but decided to do financing, he automatically assumed I would not qualify for financing and did not bother to run my creditHe went and just had me do a rent to own in store option which after ready their terms is very badI was approved and was ready to check out thats when I look at my receipt and realized I was being charged for a protection plan that I did not agree toI was never told the price of the protection until I saw my receipt and had paid part of my totalI asked management to waive my delivery fee for them forcing me to get the protection planManager said he could not waive delivery fee, at this point I felt I extremely dissatisfied and decide to cancel my whole transactionI definitely would not recommend
