I purchase a mattress from Rooms to go on the 12/11/2016, they deliver on the 12/12/There was guys while they were putting down the mattress on the bed spring they break my bed foot spring( the bed foot has a compartment that can store stuff, can open and close so the spring that holds up the foot) when he realize that he damage my bed he said am sorry but I will go fix it without calling rooms to goHe took the part and leave I never heard back from himweeks pass ** I call rooms to go to complain I spoke with the manager of the store he said he's going to get to the bottom of the matter and call me backI call him back days time after,
