I have experienced rude customer service from this company, poor delivery, and over lack of willingness to resolve customer issue
Omg this company has the worst customer service ever! They delivered a dresser I paid $500+ for to the incorrect address and refuse to deliver a replacement for their error! Now someone ends up with a free dresser that I'm stuck paying for!! DO NOT!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER IN LIFE!!!!!! Save yourself the headache! I am beyond furious with their poor customer service and inability to help! If I had to rate them I'll give them -stars! However, they don't deserve that much! There was this one representative by the name of Michael Pwho refused to transfer me over to a higher superiorI basically begged this guy to do so with no resolveHe stated to me that he was the highest superior available, which I knew wasn't true

I purchased a sofa from Rooms To Go (RTG) and had problems with the quality of it from the first weekI recently had an issue with a seat cushion foam flatteningI reached out to the president of RTG who was swift to have his secretary respond and assist meThey attempted to assist me by replacing the seat cushion that was defectiveHowever, the new cushion they sent was off in color and grossly larger/ fuller than the originalI'm posting this review to let people know when you contact the head of a company they will attempt to assist you; however, the problem is the people they have to rely on to assist you furtherI sent pictures showing the President's secretary the cushion so she could see the color and size differenceThe secretary informed me they would not be assisting me further because they sent me the cushion at no cost to meThe secretary was cold in her email response and the people in the factory clearly over stuffed the cushionIt's like she's saying I should be grateful to have a discolored extremely large cushion because it was free! I purchased furniture for my home expecting it to last for years and clearly this isn't quality furnitureI will have to try Ashley Furniture and Haverty's for future purchases

I purchased a couch from RTG on March and before the warranty was up a portion of the couch starting squeaking when opening the footrestthe mechanism was replaced and several months later the same problem started again so another mechanism was replacedThe same problem popped up againOn August 8th the entire section of couch was replaced and today 10/19/the exact problem has started againCalled RTG corporate office today and was told they will not do anything to fix the problem because the couch is out of warranty but the problem has never been corrected
