My complaint does not only involve delivery issues but also policy and customer care issuesI purchased a bedroom set and it was delivered with side rails that was the wrong colorThe delivery guy told me that my bed could not be set up and customer service will contact me for delivery of the correct side railsI contacted customer service and they informed me that they could not get me the correct rails until December 1stI also found out that my bed could have been set up with the wrong rails until the right rails cameThe delivery guy never gave me that optionI asked if they could bring them back, I was told no, they were already out of areaI told them that it was unacceptable that I would have to wait another week and a half and this issue was not my fault as the customerI knew that a delivery for my neighbor was coming the next day so I asked if the rails could be sent on that truck, they said no, it was not possibleI told them that this was Thanksgiving and I had fam

Rooms to go sucks I will not buy anything from them again the service was horrible and this guy name victor on Siegan was the worst person I ever did business with he was so rude and didn't put down everything that I wanted so when I drove to slidell to pick everything up that's when I notice that he wrote up my order backwards so I slept on a wooden floor for tens days all because of him then customer service was no better they told me that they would deliver the rest In a couple day so I didn't go to work that day so when I called to see what was the hold up they told me we start u was coming to pick it up after that I was to done I didn't get a I'm sorry or nothing a phone call from no one I slept on a wooden floor for tens days and missed a day of work and to top it off I'm still waiting on things
Rooms to Go is refusing to uphold the full value of a faulty product (mattress) that is under warranty
We purchased a mattress from Rooms to Go for $about years ago The mattress has a year warranty and after filing a complaint with the company because of the huge canyons in the mattress, the mattress has been deemed defective by the manufacturers standards We paid $total at the time of purchase which was only the mattress/box spring and a mattress cover At the time of the purchase, Rooms to Go had a 'free tv with mattress purchase' promotion running as well
We wanted the mattress to be replaced under warranty, however the mattress is discontinued We are now also told that Rooms to Go will only warrant $for the $mattress stating that at the time of purchase, we only paid $for the mattress and gave Rooms to Go $for the tv If the mattress was still available, someone would pay $for it But for us to have it replaced, we'd

I recently purchased a queen bedroom set and a formal dining room set from Rooms To Go and my experience was terribleMy bedroom arrived in a orderly fashion, however, my dining room set was the complete oppositeI was told my furniture would arrive in week, the manufacturer was back logged and would take days to fill the orderNext, there was problem with the delivery dateI then rescheduled for two weeks later, only this time the contracted delivery folks were incapable of finding subdivision with GPS and returned the furniture to the warehouseNo one followed up or contacted me, I had to contact them to reschedule a delivery dateThis time the driver was able to find the address, only by sending my location by textWhen they arrive, there is no hardware to put the dining room set togetherThe delivery contacted customer service, as well as myself, twice, and I was told the hardware would be delivered in -days, however it could take up to days! For hardware, days! We had bought a bedroom suit from rooms to go about a week ago and they said that they would call Thursday July to set up a delivery timeThursday rooms to go called and said that they would be here Saturday July between and pmSaturday came we moved all our furniture out and gave it to another family this happened around am well around am rooms to go called and said that they weren't going to make it today that they would have to reschedule for Sunday July 30thOn Sunday when they arrived the driver proceeded to say that the dresser was damaged and they weren't going even going to take it off the truck because it was in such bad shapeSo come Monday July I called rooms to go to get the dresser delivered and they said they could get the dresser delivered Wednesday august 2nd but I would have to be home all day when I cant afford to be off another day so I told them it can be delivered at pm on Wednesdaythey stated he couldn't
