No show from Rooms to Go on scheduled delivery day
Was home all day on scheduled day of delivery, August 30thNo phone call from Rooms to Go regarding time frame so I called customer service and was told to 6pmClose to 6pm still no furniture so I called them again and was told to pm because of truck problems all dayDispatch Mgrcalls me approximately 6:41pm telling me my furniture rescheduled for tomorrow deliveryWasted day off from work, no timely updates regarding delays or rescheduling
I was assured I could get a refund/exchange if the mattress I bought didn't work for meThey honored an exchange, but not a refund

I will never buy or advise anyone to buy furniture from this companyI bought a leather couch love seat and recliner, over $2000.00, from themMy recliner is now doing weird stuff and because I'm out of warranty rooms to go won't even let me pay to have one of their techs come look at itSo to me they don't back their products and once your warranty is up you get no help from them

Getting the run around about repairing a leg on a brand new couch

Prior to purchase in February I went to the store other times to shop for the product, and the same sales person dealt with me in all three occasions

Fast forward to our appointment day, Friday, May 19thI receive a phone call at 12:PM from a lady who tells me that the delivery truck is at our residenceI informed her that we requested calls ahead so we could meet the truck driver thereShe said the call ahead's are not guaranteed (which we were never told) and that the truck driver can only wait minutesI called my boyfriend immediately to let him know what was going on, while I had the rep on holdHe had me tell her that he could be back at our home in minutesThe rep told me the truck driver will only wait and we were not allowed to have his number to coordinate with himLittle did we know, the truck driver had already been at our home, sitting around for minutesThey basically called to tell us we missed our appointmentShe then repeatedly told us that there was never a time frame set, it was an "all day delivery", even though my boyfriend and I both got phone calls to confirm appointment windows
My boyfriend called customer service and was harassed by a rep who told him over and over that it was our fault for not being home at the time of the appointment and that they never guarantee call aheads
