I am filing a discrimination complaint on behalf of both of my adult children who are serving or have servied in the military
My military family in Purerto Rico bought furniture there to furnish their houseIt fell apart now in less than two yearsCost about living room furniture My Marine family bought entire house in wesley chapelTheir living room furniture at around fell apart .They spent around 20,as they left the military and refurnished their entire home I am very upset as a mom This is the way you treat military families ?
Rooms To Go mislead us about the extended warranty coverage from what is actually covered after the first year
Just over a year ago, we purchased a new bed set for my daughter Upon the purchase we asked about the details on the extended warranty because we have young children and damage is a higher possibility We were ensured that water damage, scratches, pen/marker marks and other damages were covered About a week ago, my daughter spilled her water on the dresser and the dresser bubbled We went in to the Rooms to GO who advised us to file a claim, because issues like that are covered We then filed a complaint and were denied because after the first year, the third party insurer stated that they are not the same as Rooms to Go and do not cover water damage The representative stated that Rooms to Go never tells their customers about after the first year coverage Rooms to Go failed to provide accurate information about the second year coverage, therefore failing to provid
After deplorable delivery attempts, several broken products, the company has not met its commitment to provide "enjoyable, fast and easy" service
I have had the worst furniture shopping experience of my life, and I will never again purchase anything from Rooms To GoFurthermore, I will tell every colleague, client and social media follower never to patronize your stores again as well
On April 29, my husband, son and I drove hours before excitedly arriving at your Atlanta Buckhead store to shop for items to furnish our newly built 6,square-foot homeWe found some great pieces and was thrilled with our selections

The following Tuesday, July 2, the wrong bed was delivered
I spoke to customer service via delivery man cell phone and she explained that I can keep the order and they will ship the right date to me within to business days or I could reject the order and they will send the corrected to me in seven business days
I was concerned about scuff marks scratches in such therefore I rejected the complete order

Rude and Careless Driver
After the delivery driver was caught speeding in a 15mph zone, he was asked by my husband to slow down He then told him to "Go F* yourself" and almost hit him as he sped away This is unacceptable, but the worst part is when you call to speak to a Manager about the problem, there is nothing that they can do and no one that you can contact After finally getting a Customer Service Manager on the phone he told me that he would take my number but that I would probably not get a call from anyone regarding this He then said that he would take my information but was trying to get off the phone before he got my phone number
Bed is giving extreme back pains from first day of sleeping on mattress and nobody in store or customer service is willing to exchange without charges

Just horrible overall service

Failure to repair stained carpet caused when delivering bunk beds
We ordered bunk beds from the Grapevine, TX Rooms to Go store On May 12, they were delivered and setup We paid extra for the setup The beds were still in their plastic wrapping when they moved them upstairs When they were moving them upstairs the plastic wrapping leaked a liquid black stain onto the carpet We called the Grapevine store and submitted a complaint We were told it would be taken care of After a week went by we called and was told it was going to be fixed and we would hear from someone before the close of business That never happened We have called the corporate office three time a week since then and each time we're told it will be fixed and we will receive a call by the end of the day They have never called us back nor have they ever returned an email request to be contacted
