I paid for an item in late March and was told I could do a future delivery without issue.Without any notice I am being told its no longer available

This company has continued to harass me, even though I do not owe them anything, or have an account with them collection practice has cause

In March of 2016, I become a first-time homeowner and I wanted to purchase all my furniture from a name that I could trust, Rooms To Go! In February 2016, we bought a couch, love seat and a matching coffee table and end table We had to exchange the love seat approx times to get one without flaws in it The couch was exchanged more times than that (lost count) due to issues such as not sitting correctly when sitting in itThe one we currently have has something that looks like the leather was patched We had the person from the company look at it and sent a report We waited months for a "new batch" of couches to come in and the one they tried to deliver was also defective They have stated that we have to choose another product from the store of equal or lesser value and will not send anymore couches to Try We have looked and looked, there is nothing that we want or like in that store We bought that set to match our living room They refuse a refund and are only will give a $credit for us to keep a defective couch that we paid forThe customer service has been rude and unhelpful
