The delivery service for Rooms to Go Furniture Stores is deplorable! It never fails that if your delivery is scheduled after p.mor before a holiday, the truck will "break down" and the customer will be inconvenienced and disregarded
My delivery was set for Monday, December 31, We received an automated call the day before stating that our furniture would be delivered between 4pm and 8pmOn the day of delivery, we received two calls confirming our deliveryThe first call was around 4pm confirming our address and details regarding the deliveryThe second call was at 7:p.mwhen the driver stated that he was en route to our homeAnd then mysteriously, we received a call at 7:(minutes before the end of our anticipated delivery time) only to be told that the truck had "broken down"The driver made no attempt to offer a solution or give us any further deta

I contacted Rooms To Go in July to purchase casters (sets of Alegra Metal Swivel Chair CastersPart #XXXXXXXX) I sent out the order form to the parts department, and saw that my check was cashed for $on August I called their office, and they stated that it would take at least days and perhaps longer I recontacted their office in November, and they could no longer find my order I sent them the email I had received in July I have still not received the castors in the mail to this date, and they have already taken the money out of my account
I have a copy of the emails and cancelled check to verify

A couch was purchased at rooms to go in July with fabric protection, now fabric is dirty and they don't cover it!
A small couch sectional was purchased from rooms to go in JulyIt was shipped incorrectlyThe small sectional came without the chaise vase and I had a couch I couldn't use, and had to take two separate days off to receive the couchIt is now four months later and after paying extra for a fabric protectionThey now state that the stains on the couch are not covered? The couch is NEVER bare, in fact since purchasing it, it has a comforter or two constantly covering the couchThe couch now has stainsI have purchased upholstery cleaner (which after paying for fabric protection should not be required) and nothing takes the stain outSo I contacted rooms to go, had to request yet another day off work and now they say it is not covered

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE! We recently bought a new construction home and bought a few rooms from Rooms-to be delivered to our new home They sent delivery guys that barely spoke English and did not explain to us what we were signing when they delivered the furniture to us Apparently one of the forms they had us sign was to not be liable for any damages, and of course there was soooooo many damages to our walls throughout the home The only thing I thought I signed was to confirm delivery I raised this issue with the claims department and they refused to help us further in fixing these damages This is very malicious and deceitful to send someone who cannot explain to us in English what we are signing and we will not purchase anything further from this company going forward Not to mention one of our sectionals came with a broken leg and we have yet to get it fixed

Rooms To Go does not offer a refund policy of any kindTo me this is theft of goods or service

I got an email "thanking me for my order" have never shopped here They totally ignored my subsequent emails asking about this

I have never shopped here, never heard of the place, never even been in Florida in my life I sent their "customer service" an e-mail bringing this to their attention They totally ignored my query, and, three days and three e-mails later, have still totally ignored me bringing this to their attention, or having them explain to me what's going on Obviously, some fraudulent activity has occured here, and they are totally evading the issue
