I purchased a Gray power sectional from Rooms to Go on Oct 10, I was told that a third party will handle my delivery on Tuesday Oct 16thWhen the delivery arrived part of the couch was not the right color it was a beige/off whiteI asked to replace the one section and again was given the wrong product, I feel the salesman tried to sell me something he didn't have in stock so I think that's why I'm getting the wrong item over and over again
We ordered furniture from this location on 1/25/The Rooms to go policy is that if you cancel within hours there are no issuesWe cancelled the furniture on 1/26/because the house we had a contract on fell through On 1/27/the website was not yet updated so we called again and was told that they put it on hold, they did not cancel it We explained that was not acceptable, it had to be cancelled After three calls to customer service and the location the manager at the location finally put the cancellation through or so we were told On 2/13/we received texts that are furniture would be delivered on 2/and 2/ We do not own the house, we can not have this on our credit When we called customer service we were told that they again just put it on hold The customer service person was useless and would not help in any way The store is very shady and dishonest We have no where to turn to make sure this is resolved in such a way that does not negatively

We purchased our Leggett & Platt adjustable beds from Rooms to Go in June The beds have broken times within the first mos since purchased They contain a cheap plastic housing that breaks easily with everyday use We are not overweight, do not have small children jumping on the bed, have not moved the beds since they were delivered or any thing else that would cause these issues The housing has broken twice on bed and once on the second bed One of the beds also has a faulty support arm that we have to repair that causes it to squeak loudly when you get in and out of bed These beds costs over $4k including the mattresses They have a full yr warranty and partial warranty after that Needless to say we have had to pay for of the repairs so far Both Rooms to Go and Leggett & Platt have terrible customer service and are unwilling to make the situation right Take your money elsewhere when it comes to such a large purchaseBUYER BEWARE!
Customer Service Call Center has not solved my problem after almost two months
My fiance and I purchased a couch from a Private seller who got it from Rooms To GoHe gave us the paperwork and eveything so we knew it was from themWe had the couch for about two years, and decided we wanted to order new cushionsWe spoke with someone at the Replacement parts call center, who sent us an attachment which was to be printed out, filled out, and a check to accompany itThis was sent out shortly after and we began waiting for the check to be cashed and our order to come in the mail
